‘टायर फुटेछ सोचेका थियौं, एकछिनमा त फाँट रगताम्य भयो’

सिरहाको लहानस्थित जिल्ला मालपोत कार्यालयमा अन्य दिनजस्तै आइतबार पनि जग्गासम्बन्धी काम गराउने सेवाग्राहीको भीड थियो।

सरकारी कार्यालयमध्ये सबैभन्दा बढी भीड हुनेमा पर्छ मालपोत कार्यालय। हिजो शनिबारको विदा भएकाले आज कार्यालयमा सेवाग्राहीको संख्या बढी नै थियो।

भीडभाडबीच कर्मचारी काम गरिरहेका थिए, सेवाग्राही विभिन्न फाँटमा ओहोरदोहोर गरिरहेका थिए। दिउँसो पौने १ बजेतिर कार्यालयको दोस्रो तलाबाट ठूलो आवाज आयो।

‘सुरूमा त सबैले टायर फुटेछ भन्ने सोच्यौं, तर आवाज आएको केहीबेरमै हल्लाखल्ला मच्चियो,’ एक जना सेवाग्राहीले सेतोपाटीसँग भने,‘बिस्फोट भएको मोठ फाँट त रगताम्य भएको रैछ।’

उनका अनुसार बमको छर्रा लागेका दिनेश भण्डारीको तिघ्रामा मासु नै थिएन। बिस्फोट भएको केहीबेरमै घटनास्थलमा प्रहरी र एम्बुलेन्स पुगेको थियो।

बिस्फोटमा परी कर्मचारी र सेवाग्राही गरी ८ जना घाइते भएका छन्। उनीहरूमध्ये गम्भीर अवस्थाका भण्डारीलाई सेनाको हेलिकप्टरबाट थप उपचारका लागि काठमाडौं लगिएको छ।

बिस्फोटबाट उक्त फाँटका कागजपत्र र टेबल कुर्सीसहितका सामानमा क्षति पुगेको छ।

बम बिस्फोटको जिम्मा जनतान्त्रिक तराई मुक्ति मोर्चा (क्रान्तिकारी)ले लिएको छ।

मोर्चाका केन्द्रीय अध्यक्ष जयकृष्ण गोइतले भ्रष्टाचारलाई अपराध र भ्रष्टाचारीलाई अपराधीको सूचीमा राखेको उल्लेख गर्दै मालपोत कार्यालय सिरहामा भ्रष्टाचार भइरहेकोले बम विस्फोट गराएको बताएका छन्।

कार्यालयमा भ्रष्टाचार जारी नै रहे यसभन्दा उच्चस्तरको कारबाही गर्ने चेतावनीसमेत उक्त समूहले दिएको छ। 

यता प्रदेश नम्बर २ का प्रहरी प्रमुख डिआइजी धिरजप्रताप सिंहले घटनाबारे अनुसन्धान गर्न नेपाल प्रहरी तथा नेपाली सेनाको टोली खटाइएको बताए।

‘घटनाको अनुसन्धानका लागि नेपाल प्रहरी र नेपाली सेना गरी दुइटा टोली खटाएका छौं,’ डिआइजी सिंहले भने, ‘घटनामा संलग्नलाई छिट्टै पक्राउ गरी कारबाहीको दायरामा ल्याउनेछौं।’

जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय सिरहाका प्रहरी उपरीक्षक सुदीप राजभण्डारीका अनुसार बम बिस्फोटपछि सिरहाको सुरक्षा व्यवस्था कडा पारिएको छ।  ‘बिस्फोटपछि स्थानीय  त्रसित बनेका छन्,’ एसपी भण्डारीले भने, ‘लहान बजारमा अहिले ठूलो संख्यामा प्रहरी परिचालन गरेका छौं।’
