संसद सचिवालयले नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टीको संसदीय दलको नेतामा पुष्पकमल दाहाल ‘प्रचण्ड’ बनेको पत्र दर्ता गर्न अस्वीकार गरेको छ।
प्रचण्ड-नेपाल समूहका अध्यक्षद्वय पुष्पकमल दाहाल ‘प्रचण्ड’ र माधवकुमार नेपाल आइतबार दिउँसो सांसदहरूसँगै आफूहरूको निर्णयबारे जानकारी दिन संसद सचिवालय गएका थिए।
संसदका सचिवालयका महासचिव भरतराज गौतमले भने प्रचण्ड-नेपाल समूहको उक्त निर्णयसहितको हस्ताक्षर दर्ता गर्न मानेका छैनन्। उनले यो कुरा आफूले जानकारीमा राख्ने तर दर्ता गर्नलाई कानुनी परामर्श गर्ने बताएका छन्।
प्रचण्ड-नेपाल समूहका दुबै अध्यक्षहरू पुष्पकमल दाहाल ‘प्रचण्ड’ र माधवकुमार नेपाल आफू पक्षीय सांसदसहित संसद सचिवालयमा गएर निर्णयबारे जानकारी गराएका छन्। उनीहरूले बहुमत सांसदहरूको निर्णय गरेको भन्दै हस्ताक्षर पनि बुझाएका छन्।
प्रचण्ड-नेपाल समूहले शुक्रबार संसदीय दलको बैठक राखेर प्रचण्डलाई दलको नेता बनाएको थियो। उक्त बैठकमा ११५ जना सांसद उपस्थित रहेको उक्त समूहको दाबी छ।
संसद सचिवालयलाई हस्ताक्षरसहित संसदीय दलको नेता फेरिएको जानकारी गराए अब सचिवालयले ती हस्ताक्षरहरू प्रमाणित गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ।
