२०७६ साल भदौ १२ गते चिनजानकै बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पक्राउ परेका राजविराज नगरपालिका ४ का आसमान निरालेलाई जिल्ला अदालत सप्तरीले १८ वर्ष कैद र १० हजार रुपैयाँ क्षतिपूर्तिको फैसला गरेको हो ।
निरालेले कामबाट फर्कँदै गरेकी बालिकालाई खाजासँगै नसालु पदार्थ खुवाएर नजिकैको पोखरी किनारमा लगी बलात्कार गरेको र अर्धचेत अवस्थामा छोडेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको थियो।
