पहिलोपटक कसमा र कहिले देखियो भनेर ठ्याक्कै भन्न त मुस्किल नै पर्छ। तर, जनवरीको अन्तिम सातादेखि अमेरिकामा भने भ्याक्सिन लगाइसकेका मानिसहरु संक्रमित भएको फेलै पर्न थाले। त्यस्तो घटनाको उभार पश्चिमी भेगबाट भएको थियो। तर, त्यहिँ सीमित रहेन।

ओरेगन राज्यका अखबारमा भ्याक्सिन लगाइएका मानिस संक्रमित भएको समाचारले प्राथमिकता पाउन थाले। यो क्रम मध्यपश्चिमी राज्य हुँदै दक्षिणवर्ती राज्यहरुमा पनि फैलियो। अहिले भने यो बिडम्बनापूर्ण घटनाको ताजा समाचारहरु फ्लोरिडा, टेक्सास र हवाईजस्ता राज्यहरुबाट आइरहेका छन्।

कोभिड १९ विरुद्ध खोपको अन्तिम मात्रासमेत लगाइसकेको दुई साता नाघिसकेपछि यस प्रकार फेरि संक्रमण देखिएका ‘ब्रेक थ्रु केस’हरु आगामी दिनहरुमा जताततै देखिँदै जानेछन्। यो पक्का छ।

तर, पख्नुस्। यस्तो भयो भन्दैमा आत्तिने काम चाहिँ नगरिहाल्नुस्।

कोरोना भाइरस विरुद्धको भ्याक्सिनमा मात्रै होइन, यस जगतमा आजसम्म जे जति भ्याक्सिनहरु बनेका छन्, ती सबैमा भ्याक्सिन लगाइसकेपछि पनि सम्बन्धित भाइरसको संक्रमण हुनसक्ने सम्भावना  रहेकै हुन्छन्।

भाइरसबाट मानिसलाई जोगाउन भ्याक्सिन बनाउने क्रममै भाइरसकै (प्याथोजन) प्रयोग गरिएको हुन्छ। त्यस्तो अवस्थामा भ्याक्सिन लगाउँदा त्यसले बोकेको त्यसै प्याथोजनले रक्षा गर्नुको साटो उल्टो आक्रमण गरिदिँदा यस्तो बिडम्बनापूर्ण अवस्था उत्पन्न भइदिने हो।

हामीले भ्याक्सिनका समाचारहरु हिजोअस्तिदेखि पढ्दै आइरहेका छौं। त्यसमा कुनै पनि भ्याक्सिन शत प्रतिशत सुरक्षा गर्ने तवरले बनेको छैन भन्ने तथ्य पनि प्रकाशित हुँदै आइरहेकै छन्। यो त सबैले जानेबुझेकै कुरा हो। हो, त्यो शतप्रतिशत सुरक्षित बनाउन नदिने ‘डाटा प्वाइन्ट’हरुले नै फेरि उल्टो भ्याक्सिन लगाउनेहरुलाई नै संक्रमित बनाउने सम्भावना बोकेका हुन्छन्।

कोभिड १९ विरोधी मात्र होइन, आजसम्मका कुनै पनि भ्याक्सिन शतप्रतिशत सुरक्षा प्रदान गर्ने हुँदैनन् भन्ने कुराको कारणमा यो नै सोझो उत्तर हो। त्यसैले कोभिड १९ को भ्याक्सिन लगाएकाहरु फेरि संक्रमित देखिनु कुनै ठूलै आश्चर्यचकित पार्ने कुरा होइन।

गएको डिसेम्बरको मध्यदेखि अमेरिकामा कोरोनाविरुद्ध भ्याक्सिन लगाउन सुरु गरिएको हो। राज्य स्तरबाटै आधिकारिकता प्राप्त गरेको त्यस्ता भ्याक्सिनहरु अहिलेसम्म चार करोड अमेरिकीहरुमा पूर्ण मात्रामा लगाइसकिएको छ। त्यसमध्ये नगण्य मात्राको थोरै प्रतिशत मानिसहरुमा चाहिँ यसरी भ्याक्सिन लगाइसकेपछि पनि कोभिड परीक्षणमा पोजेटिभ देखिन पुगेको हो।

भ्याक्सिन लगाइसकेपछि बिरामी परेकाहरुमा पनि अधिकांशका हकमा सामान्यखाले विरामी भएको मात्र भेटिएका छन्। यसका आधारमै पनि भ्याक्सिन लगाउनु भनेको अहिलेको परिस्थितिमा कुनै पनि गम्भीर रोगको शिकार हुनु, अस्पतालमा भर्ना हुनु वा मृत्युकै मुखमा पुग्नुबाट जोगिनु हो भन्ने प्रमाण हो।

हामीले बुझ्नुपर्ने कुरा चाहिँ के हो भने अब हामी फेरि कोरोना भाइरस देखिनुभन्दा अगाडिको विश्वमा पुग्न सक्दैनौं। हाम्रो भविष्य अब यससँग जोडिएरै अघि बढ्नेछ। जतिसुकै भ्याक्सिन लगाउने क्रमले तीब्रता पाए पनि यो संक्रमण देखिने क्रम पनि जारी नै रहनेछ। भ्याक्सिन लगाउनुको अर्थ रोग निर्मूल पार्नु कदापि होइन। बरु भ्याक्सिन लगाउँदा त्यसले भाइरस र हामी मानवलाई सहअस्तित्वमै राख्दाराख्दै पनि सुरक्षित पार्ने प्रयाससम्म गर्ने हो।

भ्याक्सिन लगाउँदा लगाउँदै पनि मानिस फेरि संक्रमित अर्थात् ‘ब्रेक थ्रु’ किन हुनपुग्छ भन्ने प्रष्ट कारण सदैव खुलिरहेको हुँदैन। अमेरिकामा यतिबेला जुन तीन प्रकारका भ्याक्सिनहरु प्रचलनमा छन्, ती सबै कोरोना भाइरसको उत्पत्ति अवधिका जातलाई आधार बनाएर तयार पारिएका हुन्। यसरी उत्पत्ति हुँदाको जुन गुण बोकेका भाइरस थिए, त्योभन्दा नयाँ प्रकारमा विकास भएका भाइरसहरुका मामलामा भने यो कम प्रभावी पनि देखिएको छ। यी हैरान पार्ने नयाँ जातका भाइरसहरुले अहिलेसम्म विकास भएका भ्याक्सिनहरुलाई निष्प्रभावी पार्ने कामै त गरिसकेका छैनन्।

‘तर, भाइरसका जति नयाँ प्रकारहरु विकास हुँदै जान्छन् त्यसले यस्ता ब्रेक थ्रु हुने सम्भावनाहरुलाई त्यति नै मात्रामा बढाउँदै भने लैजान्छ,’ येल विश्वविद्यालयमा भ्याक्सिन विज्ञ साद ओमर भन्छन्।

त्यसैगरी भ्याक्सिनै लगाएको छ भने पनि कुनै पनि प्रकारका कोरोना भाइरसको फैलावट भइरहेको ठाउँमा पुगेपछि त्यसले प्रभाव पार्छ नै। भ्याक्सिन नलगाएको मानिसहरुका माझमा कुनै भ्याक्सिन लगाएको मानिस बसेको छ भने त्यसबाटै पनि भ्याक्सिन लगाएकै मानिसलाई विरामी पारिदिनसक्ने सम्भावना रहन्छ। रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमता जुन मात्रामा शरीरमा विकास भएको छ त्यसले थेग्न नसक्नेगरी धेरै नै मात्रामा भाइरस फैलिरहेको छ भने प्रतिरोध गर्न नसक्ने स्थिति भइदिन्छ।

यसमा समीकरणको मानवीय पक्षले पनि माने राख्छ। प्रतिरोधी क्षमता भनेको भेदन गर्नै नसकिने पर्खाल पक्कै होइन। मानिस र उसको अवस्था पिच्छे संक्रमण रोक्ने बेग्लाबेग्लै क्षमता हुन्छ। त्यसैगरि भ्याक्सिनले कति काम गर्छ भन्ने कुरा पनि व्यक्तिपिच्छे फरक हुन्छ। यो कतिसम्म हुन्छ भने, एकै बाबुआमाबाट जन्मेका जुम्ल्याहा सन्तानमा पनि यस्तो प्रतिरोधी र भ्याक्सिनले कामगर्ने क्षमता बेग्लाबेग्लै हुनेगर्छ।

केही मानिसहरुमा उनीहरुको भित्री शारिरिक अवस्थाहरुले गर्दा भ्याक्सिन लगाइए पनि पर्याप्त मात्रामा उनीहरुमा रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमता जागृत हुन सक्दैन। त्यसैगरि अर्काथरि मानिस यस्ता पनि हुनसक्छ्न् जसमा एन्टीबडीहरु र टी सेल्सहरु कमै सक्रिय हुन्छन् जसको कामै हाम्रा कोशिकाहरुमा कोरोना भाइरस प्रवेश गर्नबाटै रोकिदिनु हो।

‘भ्याक्सिनको प्रभाव वर्गीकृत हिसाबले हुन्छ,’ सेन्ट लुइसस्थित वासिंगटन विश्वविद्यालयका रोग प्रतिरोधी विज्ञ अली एलेबेडी भन्छन्, ‘भ्याक्सिन लगाएपछि सामान्यतया प्रतिरक्षामा जुट्ने अणु र कोषहरु यति व्यापक मात्रामा पैदा हुन्छ जसले भाइरसलाई फेरि देखै नपर्ने गरी तत्कालै परास्त गरिदिन्छ। तर, सदैव त्यस्तै हुन्छ भन्ने जरुरी छैन। कहिलेकाहिँ ती लडाकाहरुअलि क्षीण पनि हुनसक्छन्। त्यस्तो बेला दुवै पक्षबीच लडाइँ चल्न थाल्छ। त्यो बेलामा प्याथोजनले आफ्नै प्रतिरुप तयार पार्न थाल्छ भने अर्कोतर्फ रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमताले पनि अझ बढी प्रतिरोधक तयार पार्न थाल्छ। यो लडाइँ जति लामो अवधिसम्म लम्बिन्छ त्यस मानिसभित्र रोग देखापर्ने सम्भावना उति नै बढ्न पुग्छ।’

क्सिन भन्नु व्यापक खेलकूद चलिरहेको गतिशील मैदानको एउटा मात्रै पाटोजस्तै हो। सुरक्षाको एउटा पत्र भनौं न। पानी परेको बेला छाताजस्तो। छाताको काम भिज्नबाट रोक्ने हो, तर छाता ओढेको मानिस भिज्दै भिज्दैन भन्न सकिन्न। हो, सिमसिमे पानी परिरहेको बेला भाग्यमानी मानिसले यो ओढेको छ भने चाहिँ पक्कै भिज्नबाट रोक्छ। तर, बेतोडको आँधिबेहरीसहित वर्षा भइरहेको छ भने त्यो बबुरो छाताले कतिसम्म जोगाउँछ भन्ने कुरो मुख्य हो।

एलेबेडीका अनुसार भ्याक्सिनले प्रकट गर्ने प्रतिक्रिया दुईतीन प्रकारले मात्रै नभएर हजारौं किसिमका हुन्छन्। ‘त्यसैले भ्याक्सिन लगाउनु भनेको तपाइलाई पूर्णतया सुरक्षित पार्नु होइन,’ एलेबेडी भन्छन्, ‘त्यसले तपाइलाई सुरक्षित रहने संभावना अत्यधिक बढाइदिने मात्र हो।’

त्यसैले भ्याक्सिन लगाइसक्दा पनि कुनै मानिसमा फेरि संक्रमण देखियो भने त्यसलाई ‘ब्रेक थ्रु केस’ भनिएकोमा भिभियना सिमोनलाई चित्त बुझिरहेको छैन। सिमोन न्यूयोर्कको माउन्ट सिनाइस्थित आइकान स्कुल अफ मेडिसिनकी संक्रामकरोग विशेषज्ञ हुन्। ‘यो शब्द झट्ट सुन्दा कुनै रोगविरुद्ध लगाइएको पर्खाल तोडेको भनिएजस्तो सुनिन्छ,’ उनी भन्छिन्, ‘मानौं हाम्रो प्रतिरक्षा प्रणालीमा भाइरसले मुक्का हिर्काउने गरेको होस्।’

बोरियोका अनुसार जतिसुकै उत्कृष्ठ भनिएको भ्याक्सिन पनि सर्वगुण सम्पन्न छैन। र, जुनकुरा कदापि सर्वगुणसम्पन्न पाइँदैन त्यसको धेरै कुरा काट्नुको पनि अर्थ रहँदैन।

जस्तो किः पानी परिरहेको बेला भीडमा अधिकांशले छाता ओढेका छन् भने नओढेका थोरै पनि रुझ्नबाट छेकिन पुग्छन्।

    Cute looking site like many others however only here I’ve had 5 dates within 3 weeks after the start. Also I should note that flirt sometimes really hard to use and it’s taking some time to feel yourself comfortable during usage of it and actually it’s not because of gliches or something simply the pictures of buttons are obvious so sometimes you can find yourself on the page you haven’t wanted to open. I had received a lot of mail from people that the site claimed were in my area, but they actually lived far away. Beware of scammers as well, I have found quite a bit of them on this whose profiles seemed to be processed quickly since their information is available. However, those members who may actually be real usually have the contents of their profile information pending. I’ve seen a lot of scam activity on this site and very little actual people.

    Howlogic Kft: Update zum Kündigen und Abo-Falle Die Firma Howlogic Kft hat einen Anzeigentext auf einem Portal eines Radiosenders veröffentlicht. Im Text wird das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Ungarn als „führend“ beschrieben. Sie soll ihren Kunden die Möglichkeit bieten, Online Dating Portale zu betreiben. Wir haben uns den Text genauer angesehen und kommentieren die aktuellen Entwicklungen zu den Themen Kündigung und Abos. Anzeigentext soll Überzeugungsarbeit leisten Zwei Dinge fallen beim Lesen des Artikels „Abo-Falle – Howlogic Kft? Was die Anwälte sagen“ besonders auf. Zum einen amüsierte uns die Aussage am Ende des Beitrags, in dem es heißt, dass etwaige Kunden sich nicht mit „künstlichen Intelligenz herumzuschlagen“ müssen, sondern „echten Support erhalten“. Und warum ist der Auftraggeber dann nicht als die Person genannt, welche für den Inhalt verantwortlich sein soll? Keine Abofalle, weil seriös? Der online veröffentlichte Text (s.o.) präsentiert Howlogic Kft in einem positiven Licht. Mit Mühe und guten Worten sollen die Leser überzeugt werden, dass es sich nicht um eine Abofalle handelt. Wir zitieren die logische Schlussfolgerung, passend zum Namen, aus dem oben genannten Anzeigentext: „Besonders angenehm ist jedoch die hohe Qualität der erbrachten Leistungen. Und wenn Verbraucher unbeabsichtigt ein Abo abschließen, was durchaus vorkommen kann, dann handelt es sich laut Howlogic nicht um eine „spezielle“ Abofalle. Diese Argumentation lässt zahlreiche Fragen offen. Ebenfalls nur im Kleingedruckten findet sich aber auch der unscheinbare Satz, dass sich das Abonnement „automatisch zum ursprünglichen, vergünstigten Preis und für die gleiche Dauer verlängert“. Somit verlängert sich das Abo automatisch, wobei noch nicht einmal klar wird, zu welchem Preis und mit welcher Laufzeit die Verlängerung erfolgt. In den Zahlungsrichtlinien findet sich lediglich der Hinweis, dass das Testabonnement bis zur Kündigung in ein monatliches Mitgliederabo umgewandelt wird. Derartige automatische Verlängerungen von zunächst preisgünstigen Testabos sind allerdings alles andere als neu und werden auch von zahlreichen anderen Datingplattformen praktiziert, obwohl bereits Gerichte entschieden haben, dass dies unwirksam sein kann.
    Es zeigt sich also, dass es sehr leicht ist, in ein Abo bei Howlogic Kft zu geraten. Dieses wieder zu kündigen, ist allerdings um so schwieriger. In den Nutzungsbedingungen heißt es dazu, dass das Konto über einen Link im Mitgliederbereich gelöscht werden könnte.
