शुक्रबार बिहान लैनचौरस्थित भारतीय राजदूतावासअगाडि लामो लाइन थियो। उज्यालो नहुँदै दूतावासको गेटअगाडि लाइन बसेकाहरू भारत जान भिसा लिन लागेका अरू देशका नागरिक थिएनन् बरू खाडी जान लागेका भारतीय नै थिए।

पछिल्लो समय दूतावासअगाडि यस्तो लाइन देखिन्छ। लाइनमै भेटिए, दक्षिणी भारत केरलाका ३२ वर्षीय समिर।

समिर तीन महिनाअघि साउदी अरबबाट भारत फर्किएका थिए। विदामा घर आएका उनको विदा सकियो तर भारतबाट साउदी अरबको उडान बन्द भइदियो। कोरोनाभाइरसको संक्रमण बढेसँगै साउदीलगायत खाडी मुलुकले भारतबाट हुने सिधा उडान बन्द गरिदिएका छन्।

साउदीमा ड्राइभर काम गरिरहेका समिर भारतबाट हुने उडान खुल्ने छाँटकाँट नदेखेपछि नेपालको बाटो हुँदै जाने गरी १२ दिन अघि काठमाडौं आए।

‘कम्पनीले फर्किन ताकेता गरेपछि जानै पर्ने भयो। उडान खुलेको थिएन। नेपालबाट जान पाइन्छ भन्‍ने कुरा थाहा पाएपछि यहाँ आएको हुँ। आज बिहान सात बजेदेखि लाइनमा लागेको। अहिलेसम्म पालो आएको छैन,’ समिरले सेतोपाटीसँग भने।

१० वर्षदेखि साउदीमा काम गर्दै आएका समिर दूतावासबाट नो अब्जेक्सन लेटर पाएपछि आइतबार/सोमबार साउदीका लागि उड्ने तयारीमा छन्।

कोरोनाभाइरस संक्रमणको जोखिम बढेको भन्दै साउदी अरबले फेब्रुअरी पहिलो सातादेखि भारतलगायत २० देशबाट हुने सिधा उडान रोकेपछि भारतीयहरूले नेपालको बाटो रोजेका छन्। 

साउदीले भारतलगायत देशमा पछिल्लो १४ दिन यात्रा गरेकाहरूलाई आफ्नो देश प्रवेशमा रोक लगाएको थियो। यात्रु नै नभएपछि उडान बन्द भयो।

साउदीको उक्त नियमपछि भारतीयहरू नेपालको बाटो भएर साउदी जान थाले। साउदी अरबका होटललगायत अन्य क्षेत्रमा १५ लाख भारतीयले काम गर्ने गरेका छन्। 

भारतीयहरू नेपाल आएर १४ दिन होटलमा बसेर (क्‍वारेन्टिन) बसेर त्रिभुवन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थल हुँदै साउदीलगायतका खाडी मुलुक जाने गरेका छन्।

पछिल्लो समय काठमाडौंका होटलमा भारतीय पाहुनाहरू पनि ह्वात्तै बढेका छन्। 

‘काठमाडौंका सामन्यदेखि पर्यटकस्तरीय होटलमा उनीहरू क्‍वारेन्टिन बस्‍ने गरेका छन्। यहाँ आएर बस्‍छन् र यहाँबाट सिधै वा ट्रान्जिटबाट साउदी अरब जाने गरेका छन्,’ एक होटल व्यवसायीले भने।

भारतीयहरू ठूलै संख्यामा आउन थालेपछि व्यापार पनि राम्रो भएको होटल व्यवसायीहरूले बताएका छन्।

भारतीय नागरिकले नेपालीको बाटो हुँदै साउदी जाने गरेकोबारे अध्यागमन विभागले भने कुनै जानकारी नरहेको बताएको छ।

विभागले अहिलेसम्म भारतीयहरू स्थल तथा हवाई मार्गबाट आउने गरिरहेको भए पनि कुन प्रायोजनका लागि आए र यहाँबाट कुन देश उडे भन्‍ने कुराको विस्तृत तथ्यांक संकलन नगरिएको बताएको छ।

‘सामान्य संख्या हामीले संकलन गर्ने हो। नेपालबाट उनीहरू कहाँ गए भन्‍ने कुराको तथ्यांक विश्लेषण गरेका छैनौं। कम्तिमा एउटा समय कटेपछि यसबारे जानकारी हुन्छ होला,’ विभागका प्रवक्ता जनकनाथ ढकालले भने।

भारतीयहरूलाई नेपालसम्म ल्याउन नेपाल  र भारतका ट्राभल एजेन्सीहरूले सघाइरहेका हुन्छन्। 

स्थानीय ट्राभल एजेन्सीहरूको सहायता तथा जानकारीका आधारमा नेपाल आएको दूतावासको लाइनमा बसेका पञ्‍जाबका रोमी चौधरीले बताए।

पछिल्लो समय हवाइ मार्गबाटै नेपाल आउने भारतीयको संख्या ह्वात्तै बढेको छ। 

काठमाडौं-नयाँदिल्ली अहिले दैनिक २ उडान हुन्छन्। 

अघिल्लो महिनाभर ७ हजार भारतीय नेपाल आएका थिए भने पछिल्लो १५ दिनमै ६ हजार ७८ जना हवाई मार्गबाट नेपाल आएका छन्।

पछिल्लो १५ दिनमा ३ हजार २ सय भारतीयहरू काठमाडौं विमानस्थलबाट बाहिरिएका छन्।

यो तथ्यांकले पनि पछिल्लो समय नेपालमा भारतीय पासपोर्ट बोकेका नागरिकको चहपहल बढेको देखाउँछ।

नेपालबाट साउदीमा सिधा उडान गर्दै आएको हिमालय एयरलाइन्सले भने कुनै पनि भारतीय नागरिकलाई नबोकेको जानकारी दिएको छ।

हिमालयकी प्रवक्ता उज्जला दलीले नेपालबाट साउदीमा रियाद र दमाममा उडान गरिरहेको र अहिले त्यहाँ नेपाली यात्रुकै माग ठिक रहेकाले कुनै पनि भारतीय नागरिकलाई सेवा नदिएको बताइन्।

‘हामीलाई पनि ट्राभल एजेन्सीहरूले भारतीय नागरिकलाई सिफारिस गर्नुहुन्छ। तर अहिलेसम्म हामीले त्यस्ता यात्रुलाई स्वीकार गरेका छैनौं,’ उनले भनिन्।

खाडी मुलुकमा अहिले काठमाडौंबाट हिमालयबाहेक नेपाल एयरलाइन्स, एयर अरेबिया, फ्लाई दुबई, कतार एयरवेजलगायत एयरलाइन्सले उडान गर्दै आएका छन्।

    Cute looking site like many others however only here I’ve had 5 dates within 3 weeks after the start. Also I should note that flirt sometimes really hard to use and it’s taking some time to feel yourself comfortable during usage of it and actually it’s not because of gliches or something simply the pictures of buttons are obvious so sometimes you can find yourself on the page you haven’t wanted to open. I had received a lot of mail from people that the site claimed were in my area, but they actually lived far away. Beware of scammers as well, I have found quite a bit of them on this whose profiles seemed to be processed quickly since their information is available. However, those members who may actually be real usually have the contents of their profile information pending. I’ve seen a lot of scam activity on this site and very little actual people.

    Howlogic Kft: Update zum Kündigen und Abo-Falle Die Firma Howlogic Kft hat einen Anzeigentext auf einem Portal eines Radiosenders veröffentlicht. Im Text wird das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Ungarn als „führend“ beschrieben. Sie soll ihren Kunden die Möglichkeit bieten, Online Dating Portale zu betreiben. Wir haben uns den Text genauer angesehen und kommentieren die aktuellen Entwicklungen zu den Themen Kündigung und Abos. Anzeigentext soll Überzeugungsarbeit leisten Zwei Dinge fallen beim Lesen des Artikels „Abo-Falle – Howlogic Kft? Was die Anwälte sagen“ besonders auf. Zum einen amüsierte uns die Aussage am Ende des Beitrags, in dem es heißt, dass etwaige Kunden sich nicht mit „künstlichen Intelligenz herumzuschlagen“ müssen, sondern „echten Support erhalten“. Der Text wirkt auf uns ebenso „künstlich“, als ob ChatGPT mit passenden Schlagwörtern wie „Kündigen“ oder „Führend“ gefüttert wurde. Im verlinkten Text ist jedoch die Rede davon, dass Dating-Portale als „Auftrag“ übergeben werden – doch von wem? Wer beauftragt die Howlogic mit der Bereitstellung eines Dating-Portals mit allem Drum und Dran? Und warum ist der Auftraggeber dann nicht als die Person genannt, welche für den Inhalt verantwortlich sein soll? Keine Abofalle, weil seriös? Der online veröffentlichte Text (s.o.) präsentiert Howlogic Kft in einem positiven Licht. Mit Mühe und guten Worten sollen die Leser überzeugt werden, dass es sich nicht um eine Abofalle handelt. Wir zitieren die logische Schlussfolgerung, passend zum Namen, aus dem oben genannten Anzeigentext: „Besonders angenehm ist jedoch die hohe Qualität der erbrachten Leistungen. Ebenfalls nur im Kleingedruckten findet sich aber auch der unscheinbare Satz, dass sich das Abonnement „automatisch zum ursprünglichen, vergünstigten Preis und für die gleiche Dauer verlängert“. Somit verlängert sich das Abo automatisch, wobei noch nicht einmal klar wird, zu welchem Preis und mit welcher Laufzeit die Verlängerung erfolgt. In den Zahlungsrichtlinien findet sich lediglich der Hinweis, dass das Testabonnement bis zur Kündigung in ein monatliches Mitgliederabo umgewandelt wird. Derartige automatische Verlängerungen von zunächst preisgünstigen Testabos sind allerdings alles andere als neu und werden auch von zahlreichen anderen Datingplattformen praktiziert, obwohl bereits Gerichte entschieden haben, dass dies unwirksam sein kann.
    Es zeigt sich also, dass es sehr leicht ist, in ein Abo bei Howlogic Kft zu geraten. Dieses wieder zu kündigen, ist allerdings um so schwieriger. In den Nutzungsbedingungen heißt es dazu, dass das Konto über einen Link im Mitgliederbereich gelöscht werden könnte.
