अधिवक्ता श्रीकृष्ण सुवेदीले संसदले प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई असहयोग नगरेको बताए।
उनले भने, ‘प्रधानमन्त्रीले संसदबाट सहयोग पाइन भन्नुभएको छ, संसद निर्दोष छ उहाँलाई असहयोग गरेको छैन, बरु उहाँले चाहिँ निर्दोष संसदलाई सजाय दिनुभएको छ।’
यस्तै सुवेदीले प्रधानमन्त्रीले संसद् विघटनका लागि गरेको सिफारिस राष्टपतिले रोक्नुपर्ने तर्क गर्दै विगतका नजिर समेत पेश गरेका थिए।
