सरकारले निर्वाचित समितिलाई भंग गर्दै २०७७ साउन १२ गते डा. नेत्रप्रसाद तिम्सिनाको नेतृत्वमा तदर्थ समिति गठन गरेको थियो । त्यसरी गठन गरिएको तदर्थ समितिलाई स्पस्ट रुपमा दुईवटा म्याण्डेड दिइएको थियो।एक, तीन महिनाभित्र संस्थालाई नवीकरण गर्ने र अर्को तीन महिनाभित्र संस्थामा महाधिवेशन सम्पन्न गरेर नयाँ कार्यसमिति निर्वाचित गरेर जिम्मेवारी सुम्पने।.
