रासविस.झापाको वार्षिक साधारण सभामा प्रस्तुत आर्थिक प्रतिवेदनबाट आदिवासी राजवंशीहरुले ऋण काढेर कार्यक्रम गर्ने गरेको पाइएको छ। राजवंशी समाज विकास समितिले सिरुवा कार्यक्रम ,भाक्का दिवस ,चिलाराय दिवस,कवड्डी खेलाडी सम्मान, दधिकाद कार्यक्रम , प्रदेशका राज्यमन्त्री भूमिप्रसाद राजवंशीलाई सम्मानलगायतका कार्यक्रम गरेको थियो । ती कार्यक्रम गरिरहँदा जिल्ला अध्यक्ष उत्तमकुमार राजवंशीले १ लाख ३४ हजार ८१७ र सचिव सोहनलाल राजवंशीले ६ हजार १५० रुपैयाँ गोजीबाट खर्च गरेको जनाइएको छ। त्यस्तै ८१ हजार ८७२ रुपैयाँ नोक्सान लागेको प्रतिवेदनमा उल्लेख छ ।

संस्थाका उपाध्यक्ष जितलाल राजवंशीले स्वागत मन्तव्य र सचिव सोहनलाल राजवंशीले कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्नुभएको थियो। अध्यक्षले गोजीबाट रकम हालेर संस्था चलाउनु परेको बिषयमा प्रतिदिन दैनिकका सम्पादक इन्द्रसिंह राजवंशीले राज्यबाट सहयोग नपाएपछि संस्कार संस्कृति जोगाउनका लागि नै ऋण काढेरै भए पनि कार्यक्रम गर्न बाध्य हुनुपरेको टिप्पणी गर्नु भएको छ।
