नवलपरासी । नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टीका महासचिव नेत्रविक्रम चन्द विप्लव पूर्वी नवलपरासीबाट काठमाडौंका लागि बिदा भएका छन । आज दिउँसो २ बजे राष्ट्रिय सहभागृहमा हुने विशेष समारोहमा उपस्थित हुन विप्लव काठमाडौं आउन लागेका हुन् ।
विशेष समारोहमा प्रधानमन्त्री ओली र विप्लवले एउटै मञ्चबाट संयुक्त सम्बोधन गर्ने भएको छ। प्रहरीको स्कटीङसहित विप्लव काठमाडौं आउन लागेका हुन।
चन्दलाई पूर्बी नवलपरासीमा केही बेरअघि उनका कार्यकर्ताले बिदाई गरेका हुन ।
हिजो (बिहीबार) बिहान बालुवाटारमा वार्तामा रही विप्लव समूह र सरकारबीच ३ बुँदे सहमति भएसंगै ‘विप्लव’ आज पहिलो पटक सार्वजनिक हुँदैछन् ।
