भद्रपुर ११ ,भदौ /नगरपालिका क्षेत्र भित्र रहेका दलित समुदायका परिवारको स्वास्थ्य वीमा भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाले नै गरिदिने भएको छ। भद्रपुर नगर पालिकाले दलित समुदायको उत्थानका लागि छुट्याएको बजेटबाट स्वास्थ्य वीमा गर्ने गरी प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको हो। यसका लागि भद्रपुर नगरपालिकामा गठित दलित समन्वय समितिको वैठकले निर्णय गर्दै नगरपालिकालाई अनुरोध गरे पछि प्रक्रिया अघि बढेको छ।

भद्रपुर नगरपालिकामा गठन भएको दलित समन्वय समितिका अध्यक्ष मोहनकुमार धमलाले भन्नुभयो – “दलित वर्गको विकासका लागि छुट्याएको बजेटबाट स्वास्थ्य वीमा गर्न नगर पालिकासंग समन्वय भएको छ।” समन्वय समितिको बैठकले नगर पालिकाको सामाजिक विकास कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत दलित वर्ग विकासका लागि छुट्याएको बजेटबाट स्वास्थ्य वीमामा २ लाख ४५ हजार खर्च गर्ने निर्णय भएको उहाँले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।                भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाले दलित वर्ग उत्थान र विकासका लागि ४ लाख रूपैयाँ विनियोजन गरेको छ। विनियोजित ४ लाख रूपैयाँ मध्ये वाँकी रकम दलित उत्थानकै लागि व्यवसायिक सीप विकास तालिममा खर्च गर्ने तयारी छ।
समन्वय समितिका अध्यक्ष मोहनकुमार धमलाको अध्यक्षतामा विहीबार वैठक बसेको थियो। बैठकमा नगर प्रमुख जीवनकुमार श्रेष्ठ पनि उपस्थित हुनुहुन्थ्यो ।
