यस्तै कांग्रेसकै ज्ञानेन्द्रबहादुर कार्की कानुन, न्याय तथा संसदीय मामिला मन्त्रीमा नियुक्त हुनुभएको छ । कार्की सुनसरी क्षेत्र नम्बर ४ बाट प्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचित सांसद हुनुहुन्छ ।
यस्तै अर्थ मन्त्रीमा माओवादीबाट जनार्दन शर्मा नियुक्त हुनुभएको छ । उहाँ रुकुम पश्चिमको क्षेत्र नम्बर १ बाट निर्वाचित हुनुभएको हो । उहाँ यसअघि गृह र ऊर्जा मन्त्री बनिसक्नुभएको छ ।
यस्तै आजै माओवादीकी नेतृ पम्फा भुसालले ऊर्जा, जलस्रोत तथा सिँचाइ मन्त्रालयको जिम्मेवारी सम्हाल्नुभएको छ । उहाँ ललितपुर ३ बाट निर्वाचित हुनुभएको हो ।
नवनियुक्त प्रधानमन्त्री शेरबहादुर देउवाले राष्ट्रपति विद्यादेवी भण्डारीबाट पद तथा गोपनीयताको सपथ लिनुभएको हो । उहाँ मुलुकको ४३औँ प्रधानमन्त्री बन्नुभएको छ ।राष्ट्रपति भण्डारीले मंगलबार नै देउवालाई प्रधानमन्त्री नियुक्त गर्नुभएको थियो ।
गत सोमबार सर्वोच्च अदालतले संविधानको धारा ७६ (५) अनुसार देउवालाई प्रधानमन्त्री नियुक्त गर्न परमादेश जारी गरेको थियो।राष्ट्रपति कार्यालयले जारी गरेको विज्ञप्तिमा सर्वोच्च अदालतको परमादेशअनुसार देउवालाई प्रधानमन्त्री नियुक्त गरिएको बेहोरा उल्लेख छ । सर्वोच्च अदालतको संवैधानिक इजलासले संविधानको धारा ७६ (५) अनुसार देउवालाई प्रधानमन्त्री नियुक्त गर्न आदेश दिएको थियो।सर्वाेच्चको आदेश बमोजिमको पत्र राष्ट्रपतिको कार्यालय शीतल निवासबाट नगएको भन्दै पत्र नसच्चिएसम्म शपथ नलिने नवनियुक्त प्रधानमन्त्री देउवाको अडानले ६ वजे गर्ने भनिएको शपथग्रहण समारोह वेलुकी ८.२०माशुरू भएको थियो।
यससँगै निवर्तमान प्रधानमन्त्री केपी ओली तीन वर्ष चार महिना २५ दिन सत्तामा बसेर बहिर्गमित हुनुभएको छ।
