गलगलिया नाकाबाट आयात निर्यात खुलाःभारतले गरिदियो नेपाली सिमेन्ट र प्लाइउडको ‘बीआईएस’ नवीकरण, अब निर्यात खुल्ने

भारतले नेपालका केही सिमेन्ट र प्लाइउड उद्योगको बीआईएस प्रमाणपत्र नवीकरण गरिदिएपछि त्यसतर्फको निर्यात खुल्ने भएको छ

भद्रपुर २० चैत / भारतले भद्रपुरसंग सीमा जोडिएको गलगलिया नाका खुला गरेको छ।नाका खुला गरेको जानकारी आएको नेपाल भारत मैत्री संघका झापा अध्यक्ष प्रदीपमणि रेग्मीले ‘सासाप्ताहिक समाचार’लाई जानकारी दिनुभयो। मेची खोलामा पक्की पुल बनेपछि नेपाल सरकारले भद्रपुर भन्सारलाई मालसामान आयात निर्यात हुन सक्ने गरी स्तरोन्नति गरे पनि सीमा जोडिएको गलगलियाको क्षमता विस्तार नगरिदा निकासी पैठारी हुन सकेको थिएन। रेग्मीले भन्नुभयो ‘भारत सरकारले आजैबाट गलगलिया भन्सार भएर आयात निर्यात सहज बनाएको छ। ऐन कानुनले छुट दिएका मालबस्तु आयात निर्यात गर्न सकिन्छ।’
    गलगलिया नाका विहार राज्य अन्तर्गत पर्ने भएकाले अझ सुविधा छ। मेची भन्सार पश्चिम बङ्गालमा पर्ने भएकाले माल सामानको जाँच परीक्षण गर्नु पर्दा कलकत्ता पठाउन पर्छ, तर गलगलिया विहार राज्यमा पर्ने भएकाले जोगमनीबाटै परीक्षण हुने व्यवस्था भएकाले निकासी अत्यन्तै सहज हुनेछ।
व्यवस्थित भन्सारका लागि समय केही लाग्ने भए पनि काम शुरू भइसकेको रेगमीले जनाउ दिनुभयो।

यसैबीच भारतले नेपाली सिमेन्ट र प्लाइउडको ‘बीआईएस’ प्रमाणपत्र नवीकरण गरेको छ ।
भारतले बीआईएस नवीकरण नगर्दा नेपालबाट पाँच महिनादेखि भारततर्फको सिमेन्ट निर्यात र एक महिनादेखि प्लाइउड निर्यात रोकिएको थियो ।
    नेपाल प्लाइउड उत्पादक संघ अध्यक्ष होमप्रसाद घिमिरे भारतले अहिले धमाधम बीआईएस नवीकरण गरिरहेको बताउनुहुन्छ ।
   ‘१०–१२ वटा उद्योगको बीआईएस नवीकरण भएको छ,’ अध्यक्ष घिमिरेले भन्नुभयो, ‘अरू उद्योगको पनि आउने क्रममा छ । भारतले अहिले बीआईएस सहज बनाइदिएको छ ।’
