आयोगले अन्तिम रुप दिएको आचारसंहितामा निर्वाचन प्रचारप्रसारका लागि हेलिकप्टर चार्टर्डको सुविधा लिन पाइने ब्यबस्था गरेको हो।
त्यसको गत आम चुनावमा विरोध भएको थियो। आयोगको स्रोतअनुसार यसपटकको निर्वाचनमा खर्च ब्यबस्थापन र प्रचारलाई कडाइ गरेको भनिएपनि हेलिकप्टर चार्टर्डलाई छुट दिइएको हो।
आचारसंहिता उल्लंघन गरेमा एक लाख जरिवाना गर्ने र उम्मेदवारी खारेज सम्म गर्ने ब्यबस्था पनि गरेको छ।
आयोगले यसपटक आचारसंहिता आगामी सबै चुनावलाई केन्द्रमा राखेर निर्माण गरेको छ। पाँच लाख रुपैयाँभन्दा धेरै चन्दा तिर्नु परेमा बैंक वा कुनै बित्तीय सस्थाहरुबाट पठाउनु पर्ने नियम पनि आयोगले बनाएको छ।
