भद्रपुर २०,चैत / झापाको भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाले भद्रपुरको प्रादेशिक अस्पताललाई शिक्षण अस्पताल बनाउन माग गरेको छ । मंगलबार दिउँसो प्रादेशिक अस्पतालको स्थलगत निरीक्षणमा आउनुभएका कोशी प्रदेशका स्वास्थ्य मन्त्री प्रदीपकुमार सुनुवारलाई भेटेर भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाका प्रमुख गणेश पोखरेलले त्यस्तो मांग गर्नुभएको हो।
ज्ञापनपत्रमा , ‘ प्रदेश सरकार मातहत रहेको कोसी प्रदेशकै एक मात्र प्रादेशिक अस्पताल भद्रपुरमा बिरामीको चाप दिनानुदिन बढ्दै गएकोले सेवा विस्तारमा थप ध्यान दिनुपर्ने उल्लेख छ। शिक्षण अस्पताल बनाउन माग गर्नुभएका प्रमुख पोखरेलले अस्पतालमा ताप्लेजुङ, पाँचथर, इलाम लगायत भारतबाट समेत बिरामीहरू सेवा लिन आउने गरेकाले यसको क्षमता बढाउन पनि माग गर्नुभयो।ज्ञापन पत्रमा, स्वास्थ्यमा नागरिकको सहज पहुँच बनाउन तथा दक्ष जनशक्ति उत्पादन गर्न यसलाई कोशी प्रदेशकै एक मात्र शिक्षण अस्पतालको रुपमा विकास गर्नु पर्नेमा जोड दिदै अस्पतालमा स्वास्थ्य सेवा सुविधा, जनशक्ति थप र भवनको व्यवस्था गर्न अत्यावश्यक देखिएको ‘ उल्लेख छ।
प्रादेशिक अस्पताल नामकरण भएको यस अस्पतालको स्थापित पहिचानका लागि ‘ मेची’ थपेर मेची प्रादेशिक अस्पताल नामकरण गर्न पनि मांग गरिएको छ।अस्पतालको निरीक्षण तथा अनुगमन गर्न आएका मन्त्रीका साथमा प्रदेश सांसदहरू भूमिप्रसाद राजवंशी, मोहन महर्जन र गोपाल तामाङ पनि सहभागी हुनुहुन्थ्यो।
