भद्रपुर ३०, असोज / खानेपानी उपभोक्ता तथा सरसफाइ समिति चन्द्रगढीको २१औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा सम्पन्न भएको छ। कोसी प्रदेश सांसद तथा निवर्तमान मन्त्री एकराज कार्कीको प्रमुख आतिथ्य र समितिका अध्यक्ष पुरुषोत्तम अधिकारीको सभापतित्वमा साधारण सभा सम्पन्न भएको हो।
भद्रपुर १० चन्द्रगढीको शिवांस होटलमा आयोजना गरिएको साधारण सभामा प्रमुख अतिथि कार्की, विशिष्ट अतिथि भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाका प्रमुख गणेश पोखरेल र चन्द्रगढी दोस्रो खानेपानी तथा सरसफाइ समितिका अध्यक्ष चुडामणि मैनालीले शुभकामना मन्तव्य व्यक्त गर्नुभएको थियो । सासंद तथा निवर्तमान मन्त्री कार्कीले साधारण सभा (परिषद भेला)-को उद्घाटन गर्दै प्रदेशमा स्थिर सरकार नहुँदा सो अनुरुप काम गर्न नसकिएको बताउँदै भन्नुभयो-” प्रदेश सरकार गठनको अन्तिम धारा १६८ को ५ अनुसार गठित बर्तमान सरकारले विश्वासको मत प्राप्त गर्न नसके मध्यावधि निर्वाचनको बिकल्प छैन ।”
उहाँले खानेपानी वितरणमा गरिब तथा असहाय जनतालाइ निः शुल्क पानी वितरण गर्नु पर्नेमा पनि जोड दिनुभयो। संस्थाका अध्यक्ष पुरुषोत्तम अधिकारीले संस्थाको बार्षिक प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत गर्दै समितिले झापाका खानेपानी समितिहरु मध्ये चन्द्रगढीले सबैभन्दा कम दर तथा छुटमा उपभोक्तालाई खानेपानी उपलब्ध गराएको बताउँदै संस्थाले गरेका गतिविधिकाबारेमा प्रकाश पार्नुभएको थियो ।
समितिका सचिव बाबुराम कार्कीले सञ्चालन गरेको साधारण सभामा सहसचिव झुमा शिवाकोटी दाहालले स्वागत मन्तव्य राख्नुभएको थियो।
कोषाध्यक्ष खेमराज भट्टराईले आर्थिक प्रतिवेदन र लेखा समिति संयोजक माधव घिमिरेले आन्तरिक लेखा परीक्षण प्रतिवेदन पेस गरेको साधारण सभाको बन्द सत्रले अध्यक्ष र कोषाध्यक्षद्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रतिवेदन पारित गरेको जनाइएको छ।
