भद्रपुर,१३ असार / एन आइ सी एशिया बैंक चन्द्रगढी शाखाबाट जगदम्बा टी प्रोसेसिङ प्रालिको खातामा रहेको १३ लाख भन्दा बढी रकम गायब भएको छ। जगदम्बा टी प्रोसेसिङ प्रालिको नाममा रहेको सो बैंकको खाता नम्बर ६७४१४९९५३७५२४००१ बाट २०८० असार ५ गतेबाट असार ११ गतेसम्मको अवधिमा पटक पटक गरी १३ लाख १७ हजार ८ सय रूपैयाँ गायव भएको हो।
” आफ्नो टी प्रोसेसिङको नाममा रहेको खाताबाट डिजिटल माध्यम प्रयोग गरेर अनधिकृत रूपमा रकम झिकेको देखिन्छ” – चिया प्रोसेसिङ प्रालिका सञ्चालक भक्तप्रसाद अधिकारीले भन्नुभयो – “आफ्नो खातामा जम्मा रहेको रकम सुरक्षा गर्ने बैंकबाट नै गायव हुन्छ भने बैंकमा राख्दा सुरक्षित हुन्छ भन्ने नै मिथ्या लागेको छ “।
सुरक्षाका लागि बैंक खातामा राखिएको रकम गायब भएको प्रति आपत्ति प्रकट गर्दै उहाँले घटनाको अनुसन्धान तहकिकातका लागि साइवर क्राइम अपराध अन्तर्गत छानबिन गर्न झापा प्रहरी मार्फत सिआइविमा उजुरी गरेको पनि जानकारी दिनुभयो।
अपराध गर्ने समूहलाई तहकिकात गर्ने वा कार्वाही गर्ने पाटो एउटा भए पनि सुरक्षाका लागि बैंकमा रहेको रकम गायब भएको बिषयको जवाफदेही र जिम्मेवारी बैंकले लिनुपर्ने उहाँको धारणा छ।

नियमतः बैंकको त्यस्तो खातामा न्यूनतम १० हजार हुनुपर्नेमा सो रकम समेत झिकेर केवल खातामा ८ सय ६० रूपैयाँ १८ पैसामात्र बचत देखिएको छ। यसले पनि बैंक सुरक्षित हुन्छ भन्ने विश्वास गुमेको छ-उहाँले भन्नुभयो। यसो हुनुमा बैंक कर्मचारी र कमजोर बैंक प्रविधिलाई उहाँ दोषी देख्नुहुन्छ।
बैंकबाट लगभग हप्ता दिनको अन्तरालमा पटक पटक गरेर बढीमा ५० हजार र घटीमा एक सय गरी ३० पटकसम्मको प्रयासमा सो रकम झिकेको बैंक स्टेटमेन्टबाट देखिन्छ। सामान्यतया एक पटक रकम झिके पछि एकदेखि डेढ मिनेटमा मात्रै अर्को ओ टि पि नम्बर आउने भए पनि धेरैजसो ३५ सेकेन्डकै अन्तरमा विभिन्न कम्पनीका नाममा रकम ट्रान्सफर गरेर रकम झिकेको भेटिएको छ। रकम झिक्दा मोबाइल बैंकिङ मार्फत म्यासेज आउने गरे पनि यो रकम झिक्दा कम्पनीको आधिकारिक मोवाइलमा कुनै म्यासेज वा सूचना नआएको र एकै पटक हप्ता दिनमा रकम चेक गर्दा मात्रै खाताबाट रकम गायब भएको थाहा पाएको प्रोसेसिङ प्रालिका लेखा कर्मचारी कमल निरौलाले जानकारी दिनुभयो।
