श्री ५ हरुले त्यही कारणले नेपाली सेनाको मानार्थ लेफ्टिनेन्ट कर्नेल र “मुस्ताङे राजा”को पद दिएर फकाएर राखेका थिए महाराजा महेन्द्र र वीरेन्द्रले ।मुस्ताङे राजा राजा जिग्मे पर्बललाई मानार्थ नेपाली सेनाको लेफ्टिनेन्ट कर्नेल र राजा दिएर फकाएका थिए । अहिले नेपाल सरकारले होइन लोमाङथानवासी नेपालीलाई विदेशीले अनेक प्रलाेभन दिएर फकाउँदैछन्।
मनाङ-मुस्ताङ जिल्ला चाहिं यति संवेदनशील छ कि, चाइना-भारत र चाइना-अमेरिकाको झगडा गराउन र गर्न उपयुक्त स्थान हो । त्यसैले महाराजा र श्री ५ हरुले त्यस इलाका विशेष गरी मुस्ताङ इलाका संवेदनशील मानेर विदेशीहरुलाई प्रवेशमा नै बन्देज लगाएका थिए ।
