सांसद शर्माको खुलासा : नक्कली शरणार्थी प्रकरणका अभियुक्तको बयान फेर्न खोजिँदैछ

काठमाडौं २५, वैशाख / प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य डा.सुनील शर्माले नक्कली शरणार्थी प्रकरणका अभियुक्तको बयान फेर्न दबाब दिने काम भइरहेको खुलासा गर्नुभएको छ।

बैशाख २४ गते प्रतिनिधिसभाको बैठकमा बोल्दै सांसद शर्माले मुख्य व्यक्तिलाई उन्मुक्ति दिन अभियुक्तहरुको बयान फेर्ने प्रयास भइरहेको खुलासा गर्नुभएको हो।

   मोरङको क्षेत्र नं.३ बाट निर्वाचित नेपाली कांग्रेसका युवा नेता शर्माले आफ्नो निर्वाचन क्षेत्रसँग पनि शरणार्थीको विषय जोडिएकाले अभियुक्तहरुलाई भेट्न जाँदा उनीहरुको बयान फेर्ने प्रयास भइरहेको थाहा पाएको उहाँले खुलासा गर्नुभयो । ‘मेरो क्षेत्रसँग केही सम्बन्धित केस भएकाले के रहेछ भनेर बुझ्नका लागि थुनामा राखिएका मान्छेलाई भेट्न गएको थिए,’ सांसद शर्माले भन्नुभयो , ‘उहाँहरुलाई त्यहाँ राखेर बयान गर्ने बेलामा सरकारी वकिलका अगाडि बयान समेत परिवर्तन गर्नको निम्ति प्रेसर गरिराखिएको अवस्था छ ।’

   सांसद शर्माले हिरासतमा बयान फेर्ने प्रयास भइरहेकाले अभियुक्तहरुलाई सदनमा ल्याएर मुख्य अभियुक्त को हुन् भनेर बोल्न लगाउनुपर्ने माग पनि गर्नुभएको छ । ‘यो राष्ट्रिय स्क्यान्डल भइसकेको हुदा सम्भव हुन्छ भने सदनमा ल्याएर कमसेकम त्यसका दुईटा भरियाहरुलाई मुख्य नायकहरु को हुन् भन्ने कुरा एक्स्पोज गर्ने लगाउनुपर्छ,’ सांसद शर्माले भन्नुभयो ।

   यो गम्भीर विषय भएकाले पार्टी भन्दा माथि उठेर दोषीलाई कारबाही गर्न इमान्दारपूर्वक सहयोग गर्नुपर्ने उहाँले बताउनुभयो । पार्टी र व्यक्ति भन्दा पनि देश र जनता महत्वपूर्ण हुने भन्दै उहाँले  जनताको आँखामा छारो हालेर झुक्याउन नहुने तर्क गर्नुभयो । ‘कुन पार्टी, भन्ने कुरा महत्वपूर्ण हैन, राज्य महत्त्वपूर्ण हो, देश महत्त्वपूर्ण हो र नागरिक महत्त्वपूर्ण,हुन् ’ सांसद शर्माले थप्नुभयो ,‘बाहिरबाट जनताले हामीलाई कुरीकुरी भनिरहेको अवस्थामा यो सदनका तपाई हामी सबै इमानदार भएर कमसेकम दुई वटा पात्रहरुलाई कस्टडीबाट यहाँ ल्याएर बयान गरियोस्, हामी सुन्न चाहन्छौं ।’

   यो विषयले नेताहरुलाई गिज्याइरहेको भन्दै सांसद शर्माले जनताको अगाडि शिर निहुराएर बस्नुभन्दा दोषीलाई कारबाहीको दायरमा ल्याएर शिर ठाडो पारेर हिड्न सक्नुपर्ने धारणा राख्नुभयो । चुनाव जितेर पहिलो पटक सदन प्रवेश गरेका सांसद शर्मा सदनमा यसअघि पनि जनहितका सवालमा खरो उत्रँदै आउनुभएको छ ।
