अदालतको प्राङ्गणमा आइतबार आयोजित कार्यक्रममा समाजसेवी गोयल, उच्च अदालत,बिराटनगर अन्तर्गतको इलाम इजलासका न्यायाधीश किरण पौडेल र झापा जिल्ला अदालतका न्यायाधीश अशोककुमार बस्नेतले प्रतिमाको संयुक्त रूपमा अनावरण गर्नुभएको हो।
मूर्तिकार अभिषेक तिमिल्सिनाले निर्माण गरेको प्रतिमा ६ फिट अग्लो छ ।
कार्यक्रममा प्रमुख अतिथि न्यायाधीश पौडेलले न्यायाधीशले मात्र न्याय सम्पादन गर्न नसक्ने उल्लेख गर्दै यसमा वकिल, सरकारी वकिल, कर्मचारी, जनसमुदाय सबैको भूमिका रहने धारणा प्रकट गर्नुभयो ।
न्यायाधीश पौडेलले अदालतको न्याय सम्पादनप्रति अन्य क्षेत्रबाट पनि चासोका साथ हेर्न र सकारात्मक आलोचना हुन थालेको बताउनुभयो भने जिल्ला न्यायाधीश बस्नेतले अदालतसित दाताको कुनै पनि प्रकारको स्वार्थ सम्बन्ध नभएकाले न्यायकी देवीको प्रतिमा ग्रहण गरिएको जानकारी दिनुभयो ।
बस्नेतले न्यायकी देवीले सेवाग्राहीमा न्याय पाएको अनुभूति गराउन र सेवाप्रदायकमा निष्पक्ष र विवेकपूर्ण न्याय प्रदान गर्न प्रेरणा दिने विश्वास व्यक्त गर्नुभयो ।
दानवीर समाजसेवी गोयलले भद्रपुर आफ्नो जन्मस्थल भएको हुँदा आफूलाई यहाँको भूमिमा सधैँ सेवा गर्ने इच्छा भइरहने बताउनुभयो ।
समाजसेवी गोयलले आफू काम विशेषले बाहिर–बाहिरै रहने भए पनि आफू हुर्के–बढेको र पढेको ठाउँ भद्रपुरप्रति सधैँ ऋणी, आभारी र कृतज्ञ भइरहने चर्चा गर्नुभएको थियो ।
कार्यक्रममा न्यायाधीशद्वय पौडेल र बस्नेतले समाजसेवी गोयललाई सम्मान–पत्र प्रदान गर्नुभयो भने
नेपाल बार एसोसिएसनका केन्द्रीय उपाध्यक्ष सुरज खत्रीले न्यायकी देवीको प्रतिमाले न्यायकर्मी, कानुन व्यवसायी, सेवाग्राही र अन्य सबैमा निष्पक्ष न्यायका लागि प्रेरणा दिने जिकीर गर्नुभएको थियो।
