पटकपटक म्याद थप्दासमेत काठमाडौँको कन्टेक प्रालिले पूरा गर्न नसकेको बिर्तामोड–चन्द्रगढी सडक निर्माण गर्ने जिम्मेवारी बिर्तामोडको कञ्चन निर्माण सेवाले पाएको हो ।
म्याद थप्दासमेत कन्टेकले निर्माण सम्पन्न नगरेपछि स्थानीयले पटकपटक चक्काजाम गर्दै आन्दोलनसमेत गरेका थिए । तर पनि कन्टेकले वास्ता नगरेपछि कञ्चन निर्माण सेवालाई बाॅकी कामको जिम्मेवारी दिइएको हो ।
ठेक्का पाएको कन्टेक प्रालिले ३८ प्रतिशत मात्र काम गरेको बताउँदै कञ्चन निर्माण सेवाका प्रोप्राइटर गिरीले बाँकी काम पूरा गर्न आफू तत्पर रहेको जानकारी दिनुभयो।
अधुरो कामको जिम्मेवारी आफूले पाए पछि सडक निर्माणको बाॅकी काम भइरहेको जानकारी दिदै पाँच करोड रुपैयाँ निकासा भएको छ, त्यस बजेटबाट दसैँ अगाडि देउनियादेखि धौलापुलसम्मको अधुरा काम पूरा हुन्छ’ उहाँले भन्नुभयो, ‘यदि समयमै पैसा निकासा भयो भने असारसम्म चन्द्रगढीसम्मकै काम सकिन्छ ।’
यसअघि बिर्तामोडको मुक्तिचोकदेखि गरामनीको धौलापुलसम्मको सडक पनि कञ्चन निर्माण सेवाले नै पूरा गरेको थियो । ठेक्का लिएका राजकिशोर गुप्ताले अलपत्र छोडेपछि गिरीले नै सो सडकखण्ड पूरा गर्नुभएको थियो ।
