मन्त्री घिसिङद्वारा बाढी पीडित क्षेत्रको निरीक्षण: उद्योगीहरूद्वारा मन्त्रीको ध्यानाकर्षण

भद्रपुर २६,असोज / झापाका चिया उ‌द्योगीले मन्त्री कुलमान घिसिङसंग भेटघाट गरी चिया क्षेत्रका समस्या बारे ध्यानाकर्षण गराएका छन् । नेपाल सरकारका ऊर्जा, जलस्रोत तथा सिंचाइ, भौतिक पूर्वाधार तथा यातायात सहरी विकास मन्त्री घिसिङसंग भद्रपुरस्थित एयरपोर्ट होटलमा भेटघाट गरी उ‌द्योगीले समस्याहरुबारे अवगत गराएका हुन् ।

सरकारले दिने निर्यात प्रोत्साहन अर्थात इन्सेन्टिभ रकमको निरन्तरता, चियामा मलखाद्‌को समयमै व्यवस्थापन, विद्युत महसुलमा अनुदान, चिया खेती भएका जग्गाको मालपोत छुट, चिया खेतीका जग्गा अन्य प्रयोजनमा पनि उपयोग गर्न पाउनुपर्ने लगायतका विषयमा मन्त्री घिसिङको ध्यानाकर्षण गराइएको थियो । चिया उ‌द्योगमा प्रयोग हुने कोइलाको विकल्प लगायतका विषयमा समेत छलफल भएको जनाइएको  छ।

नेपाल चिया उत्पादक संघका अध्यक्ष आदित्य पराजुलीले चिया क्षेत्रका समस्या बारे अवगत गराउनु भएको थियो । त्यस क्रममा उ‌द्योगी टीकाराज ढकाल र दीपेश ढकालले समेत उ‌द्योगका समस्या बारे जानकारी गराउदै रुग्ण बनेको मोमेन्टो उ‌द्योगका बारेमा पनि ध्यानाकर्षण गराउनु भएको थियो । सो अवसरमा मन्त्री घिसिङले यस्ता समस्याहरु बारे आफूले अध्ययन गरिरहेको र समाधानको पहल गर्ने आश्वासन दिनुभयो ।
   यसअघि आजै विहान मन्त्री घिसिङले झापाका बाढी प्रभावित क्षेत्रको अवलोकन गर्नुभएको थियो । उहाँले कनकाई नदी र विरिङ नदीले क्षति पुऱ्याएको अर्जुनधारा नगरपालिका र झापा गाउँपालिकाका पुल तथा बस्तीको आज अवलोकन गर्नुभएको हो ।

मन्त्री घिसिङले झापा गाउँपालिकास्थित हुलाकी सडकखण्डअन्तर्गतको कनकाईमाई खोलामा बन्दै गरेको पुल र वर्षाका कारण दबिएको सानोमाईको पुल तथा त्यस आसपासका क्षेत्रको अवलोकन गर्नुभएको झापाका सहायक प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी तेजप्रकाश प्रसाईले जानकारी दिनुभयो । सोही क्रममा उहाँले झापा गाउँपालिका-२ का बाढी प्रभावित बासिन्दासँग सङ्क्षिप्त अन्तरक्रिया समेत गर्नुभएको थियो ।
