भद्रपुर २,माघ / २६औं राष्ट्रिय भूकम्प सुरक्षा दिवसका अवसरमा झापामा चेतनामूलक कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न गरिएको छ।झापाकाे सदरमुकाम भद्रपुरमा दिवसको अवसरमा भूकम्प न्यूनीकरण सम्बन्धी प्लेकार्ड सहित र्याली र प्रवचन कार्यक्रम गरिएको हो।
जिल्ला विपद् व्यवस्थापन समिति, झापाको आयोजनामा भएको कार्यक्रममा नेपाल प्रहरी र शसस्त्र प्रहरीको जिल्ला नेतृत्वसहितको प्रहरी टोली, रेडक्रसकर्मी र राष्ट्रसेवक कर्मचारीहरूको सहभागिता थियो।
र्यालीपछि जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय झापाको परिसरमा प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी एवं विपद व्यवस्थापन समितिका अध्यक्ष बन्धुप्रसाद बाँस्तोलाको अध्यक्षतामा भएको कार्यक्रममा नेपाल रेडक्रस सोसाइटी झापा शाखाका सभापति लोकराज ढकाल र प्रजिअ. बाँस्तोलाले भूकम्पबाट हुने क्षति न्यूनीकरणमा सवै गम्भीर हुनुपर्ने बताउँदै भवन निर्माण आचारसंहिता पालना गर्नु पर्नेमा जोड दिनुभएको थियो ।
नेपालमा विसं. १९९० सालको माघ २ गते गएको ठूलो भूकम्पको सम्झनामा फेरि हुनसक्ने त्यसको जोखिम न्यूनीकरणका लागि सचेतना जगाउन विसं. २०५५ सालबाट राष्ट्रिय भूकम्प सुरक्षा दिवस मनाउन थालिएको हो।
