भद्रपुर, ३ फागुन / भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाले भद्रपुर झापा गोल्डकपलाई बुधबार ३० लाख रुपैयाँको चेक हस्तान्तरण गरेको छ । नगरपालिका र गोल्डकप आयोजक समितिबीच सम्झौता पत्रमा हस्ताक्षर गर्दै नगरपालिकाको तर्फबाट चेक हस्तान्तरण गरिएको हो ।
भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाको कार्यालयमा आयोजित एक संक्षिप्त कार्यक्रमका बीच नगरप्रमुख गणेश पोखरेलले भद्रपुर झापा गोल्डकप आयोजक समितिका अध्यक्ष दीपेश ढकाललाई नगरपालिकाले अनुदान बापत उपलब्ध गराएको ३० लाख रुपैयाँको चेक हस्तान्तरण गर्नुभएको हो।
नगरपालिकाको ११औं नगर सभाबाट पारित नीति तथा कार्यक्रम र बजेट अन्तरगत भद्रपुर झापा गोल्डकप प्रतियोगिता सञ्चालन गर्न खेलकुद विकास शीर्षकमा विनियोजित रकममध्ये कार्यपालिकाको माघ २० गतेको निर्णयअनुसार अनुदान बापत सो रकम उपलब्ध गराएको नगरपालिकाका प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृत टेककुमार रेग्मीले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।
साथै, सोही अनुसार दुवै पक्षबीच भएको सम्झौतामा प्रथम पक्ष नगरपालिकाले एकमुष्ट सो रकम उपलब्ध गराउने र गोल्डकप सञ्चालन गर्ने खेल अवधिभर कार्यालयको तर्फबाट अनुगमन, निरीक्षण तथा आवश्यक सहयोग र समन्वय गर्ने उल्लेख गरिएको छ ।
त्यस्तै, दोस्रो पक्ष गोल्डकप आयोजक समितिले प्रतियोगिता सम्पन्न भएपछि संस्थाले आर्थिक वर्ष सम्पन्न भएको तीन महिनाभित्र लेखा परीक्षण गराई लेखा परीक्षण प्रतिवेदन नगरपालिकामा पेश गर्नुपर्ने, समितिले गोल्डकप कार्य सम्पन्न तथा प्रगति प्रतिवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्ने, गोल्डकपले पेश गरिएको प्रस्तावना बमोजिमको शीर्षकहरूमा मात्र खर्च गर्नुपर्ने र लेखा परीक्षणमा नगरपालिकाबाट उपलब्ध गराइएको शीर्षकमा नगरपालिकाको योगदान उल्लेखसहित महालेखा परीक्षकले लेखा र स्रेस्ता हेर्न चाहेमा उपलब्ध गराउनु पर्ने सम्झौता पत्रमा उल्लेख गरिएको छ ।भद्रपुर नगरपालिका’भद्रपुर झापा गोल्डकप,को संरक्षण र चौधरी ग्रुपको ‘ मुस्ताङ ‘वियर मुख्य प्रायोजक रहेको छ।
सम्झौता पत्रमा नगरपालिकाको तर्फबाट प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृत रेग्मी, लेखा अधिकृत सुवास भट्टराई र आयोजक समितिका तर्फबाट अध्यक्ष ढकाल र महासचिव जीवनकुमार श्रेष्ठले हस्ताक्षर गर्नुभएको छ ।
प्रतियोगिताका लागि उद्योगी चण्डीराज-टीकाराज ढकाल परिवारले प्रथम पुरस्कार रू.१३ लाख,ओमप्रकाश सरावगीको सुर्य प्लाइउड उद्योगबाट रू. ७ लाखको दोस्रो पुरस्कार, सौर्य एयरलाइन्सका अध्यक्ष दीपक पोखरेलद्वारा १० लाख उपलब्ध भएको छ। त्यस्तै, उद्योगी दीनबन्धु गोयलबाट ५ लाख ३१ हजार, त्रिशक्ति ग्यास, पराजुली टी इस्टेटबाट ५ लाख र विभिन्न इभेन्टमा प्रायोजकका रूपमा विभिन्न दाताहरु रहेको आयोजकले जनाएका छन्।
गोल्डकप आयोजक समितिका अध्यक्ष ढकालका अनुसार नगरपालिकाले ३० लाख रुपैयाँ बजेट नछुट्टाएको भए गोल्डकप सञ्चालन गर्न आयोजक समितिलाई कठिनाइ हुने थियो । गोल्डकप सञ्चालनका लागि नगरपालिकाले पुर्याएको योगदान र सहयोग कदर गर्दै उहाँले ले भन्नुभयो, ‘गोल्डकपको हिसाब किताबमा कुनै तलमाथि हुन दिँदैनौँ, न त एक रुपैयाँ खान्छु, न त कसलाई खान दिन्छु ।’
नगरपालिकाका उपप्रमुख राधा कार्की लगायतले मन्तव्य राखेको कार्यक्रमको सञ्चालन शिक्षा शाखाका योगेन्द्र पौडेलले गर्नुभएको थियो । यही फागुन ७ गतेदेखि सञ्चालन हुने प्रतियोगितामा भारत, भुटान र बङ्गलादेश गरी १० वटा टिमको सहभागिता रहेको छ । उद्घाटन खेल आयोजक भद्रपुर ब्लेजर्स र जयगाउँ फुटबल क्लब भारतबीच हुने तालिका छ ।
