उपप्रधान मन्त्री राजेन्द्र लिङ्देनको प्रमुख आतिथ्य र भद्रपुर जेसीज २०२२ का अध्यक्ष मनोज भट्टराईको अध्यक्षतामा कार्यक्रम भएको थियो। प्रमुख अतिथि लिङ्देनले मिलिजुली देश चलाउने जनादेश पाएकाले आफू सरकारमा सामेल भएको बताउँदै राप्रपा.बाट निर्वाचित भए पनि सरकारमा गए पछि आफू पार्टीको मात्र प्रतिनिधि नभएर सम्पूर्ण देशबासीको भावना बोक्ने प्रतिनिधि भएको बताउनुभयो। उहाँले जेसीज युवाहरूको नेतृत्व विकास गर्ने कारखाना बनोस् भनेर शुभकामना दिनुभयो।
