झापा ३ नम्बर क्षेत्रका दुवै नेता जोड घटाउ गरेर जित्ने रणनीतिको तयारीमा छन्। काँग्रेसका नेता कृष्णप्रसाद सिटौलासंग यो पटक २०७४ मा सहभागी एमालेसँग जोडिएको माओवादी साथमा छ। तत्कालीन अवस्थामा एमालेसँग संलग्न माओवादीले त्यसबेला राप्रपाका उम्मेदवारलाई मत हालेका थिए भने त्यस्तै,परिस्थितिमा यो पटक काँग्रेससंग सत्ता गठबन्धन गर्दै काँग्रेस नेतालाई मत हाल्दैछन् ।
राष्ट्रिय प्रजातन्त्र पार्टीबाट २०७४ को संसदमा निर्वाचित राजेन्द्रप्रसाद लिङदेनले बितेको ५ वर्षमा यस क्षेत्रमा अपेक्षाकृत विकास गर्न नसकेको आरोप छ र यसलाई चुनावी मुद्दा बनाएका छन् विपक्षीले पनि। त्यसो त कांग्रेस नेता सिटौला पनि राष्ट्रिय राजनीतिमा बढी केन्द्रित हुँदा स्थानीय विकास ओझेलमा परेको अनेक दृष्टान्त मतदाता दिन्छन्।
–यो परिस्थितिमा हार जितको निश्चित आकलन गरिहाल्ने अवस्था देखिँदैन । तथापि अकरिलो विश्लेषणका लागि केही आधार र अनुमान गर्न सकिन्छ। *एमालेका एक जना बागी उम्मेदवार छन्, उनले कति मत खोस्छन् भन्ने सवैले अनुमान मात्रै गर्ने हो।
*सवै एमालेले राप्रपा उम्मेदवारलाई मत नदेलान् भन्ने अर्को विश्वास र काँग्रेसजनको त्यो भोट खोस्ने-तान्ने दाऊमा देखिन्छ ।
*एक्लै राप्रपा.आफूलाई मत बढाएको विश्वास गर्छ र एमालेको केही असन्तुष्ट मत काटिदा पनि जित्ने भरपर्दो विश्वास र आशामा छ।
*एमालेको मत सवै राप्रपामा नजाने र असन्तुष्ट एमाले मत, यो चुनावमा थपिएको माओवादी र विगत भन्दा कांग्रेस भित्र विद्रोह केही मत्थर भएको तथा अनुभव सिध्द रणनीतिक भूमिका र अन्य अन्य चाँजो पाजोले प्रभावित हुने मतले विजयी हुने काँग्रेसको तयारी देखिदैछ ।
