काठमाडौँ, ७असार/ काठमाडौं जिल्लाका न्यायाधीश राजकुमार कोइराला र अधिवक्ता रुद्र पोखरेलबीच व्यावसायी इच्छाराज तामाङलाई धरौटीमा छुटाउन भएको घुस लेनदेनबारेको अडियो सार्वजनिक भएको छ । न्यूज २४ टिभीले मंगलबार साँझ अडियो सार्वजनिक गरेको हो ।
न्यायाधीश र वकिलबीचका संवाद गम्भीर भएको भन्दै कामु प्रधानन्यायाधीश दीपककुमार कार्कीले बुधबार दिउँसो १ बजे न्यायपरिषद्को बैठक बोलाउनु भएको छ । ‘गम्भीर विषयको अडियो नै बाहिर आएपछि यसबारे बुझ्नका लागि बैठक बोलाइएको हो,’ कामु प्रधानन्यायाधीश कार्कीले भन्नुभयो । न्यायपरिषद्‍ बैठकमा अडियोमा नाम मुछिएका निलम्बित प्रधानन्यायाधीश चोलेन्द्र शम्शेर जबरा र काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालतका न्यायाधीशहरु राजकुमार खतिवडा र अम्बिकाप्रसाद निरौलाको भूमिकामाथि पनि छलफल हुने भएको छ ।
सार्वजनिक भएको अडियोमा तामाङलाई १० करोडमा छुटाउँदा २ करोड आफूहरुलाई आउने भन्दै पोखरेलले कोइरालालाई भनेका छन् । त्यसमा कोइराला आफू तयार रहेको तर माथिल्लो निकायबाट पनि जानकारी आउनुपर्ने कुरा उल्लेख गरेका छन् । अधिवक्ता पोखरेलले प्रधानन्यायाधीशदेखि काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालतका प्रमुखसम्मलाई आफूले मिलाउने कुरा अडियोमा गरेका छन् ।

झन्डै १० मिनेट लामो उक्त अडिओमा अधिवक्ता पोखरेलले न्यायाधीश कोइरालालाई यस्तो अवसर फेरि-फेरि नआउने भन्दै धरौटीमा छोड्ने आदेश दिन भन्छन्। त्यसका लागि आफूले प्रधानन्यायाधीश चोलेन्द्रशमशेर राणादेखि काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालतका पहिलो नम्बरका न्यायाधीशलाई पनि भन्ने आश्वासन दिन्छन्।

सुरूमा आफ्नो जागिर जान्छ कि भनेर डराएका न्यायाधीश कोइराला उच्च अदालतमा पनि उनकै आदेश सदर गराउने अधिवक्ता पोखरेलको आश्वासनपछि सहमत हुन्छन्।

सर्वसाधारणको आठ अर्ब ठगीको आरोपमा पक्राउ परेका तामाङलाई २०७८ पुस १४ गते काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालतले पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा पठाउन आदेश दिएको थियो।
जिल्ला न्यायाधीश कोइराला र अधिवक्ता पोखरेलबीच त्यसअघि नै लेनदेनको कुरा भएको देखिन्छ। उनीहरूबीच पछि कुरा मिलेको देखिन्न। तामाङलाई थुनामा पठाउने आदेश न्यायाधीश कोइरालाले नै दिएका थिए।

घुस डिल गर्ने अधिवक्ता पोखरेल नेकपा एमालेनिकट हुन्। उनी नेपाल बारका कोषाध्यक्ष थिए। केपी शर्मा ओलीले संसद विघटन गरेपछि उनले ओलीका पक्षमा सर्वोच्चमा बहस गरेका थिए। उनी एमालेको कानुन विभागका सदस्य हुन्। अधिवक्ता पोखरेल र न्यायाधीश कोइराला दुवैजना झापाका हुन्।
