भद्रपुर १८,बैशाख / नेपाल रेडक्रस सोसाइटी झापा शाखाको ५१ औँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा सम्पन्न भएको छ भने रेडक्रसद्वारा सञ्चालित रक्त सञ्चार सेवाको अत्याधुनिक प्रयोगशाला उद्घाटन गरिएको छ ।
भद्रपुरस्थित रेडक्रस भवन परिसरमा आज आयोजित समारोहका बीच भौतिक पूर्वाधार तथा यातायात मन्त्री देवेन्द्र दाहालले साधारणसभा तथा प्रयोगशालाको उद्घाटन गर्नु भयो।

नेपाल रेडक्रस सोसाइटी झापा शाखाका सभापति लोकराज ढकालको अध्यक्षतामा आयोजित समारोहको सञ्चालन सोसाइटीका मन्त्री चन्द्रप्रसाद चूडालले गर्नुभएको थियो भने स्वागत मन्उतव्पयसभापति मित्रदेव काफ्लेले गरेका थिए ।
सभापति ढकालले वार्षिक प्रगति प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत गर्दै सोसाइटीले यस वर्ष गरेका मानवीय सेवाका गतिविधि तथा आगामी वर्षको कार्ययोजना बारे जानकारी दिएका थिए ।

सोही समारोहका बीच नेरेसो झापाका पूर्व सभापति स्व. रेवतीरमण नेपालको स्मृतिमा स्थापित रेवतीरमण नेपाल स्मृति दीर्घ सेवा सम्मानबाट पुराना रेडक्रसकर्मी हरिध्वज खत्री र कल्याणप्रसाद कोइरालालाई नगद १५ हजार १११।– रुपैयाँसहित सम्मान गरिएको थियो । उनीहरुको सम्मान परिवारका सदस्यले ग्रहण गरेका थिए । यसैगरी, लामो समय नेरेसो झापा शाखामा कार्यरत रही सेवानिवृत्त भएका कर्मचारी अम्बर भण्डारीलाई पनि सम्मान गरिएको थियो । उनलाई समारोहका प्रमुख अतिथि मन्त्री दाहालले सम्मानपत्र हस्तान्तरण गरेका थिए । त्यसैगरी, अघिल्लो वर्ष सबैभन्दा बढी रगत संकलन गर्ने तीनवटा सामाजिक संघ–संस्थालाई पनि सम्मान गरिएको थियो ।

समारोहलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै मन्त्री दाहालले रेडक्रस मानवीय सेवामा समििर्पत सामाजिक संस्था भएकोले समाजमा यसको जिम्मेवारी र भूमिका अहम रहेको बताउँदै रेडक्रसलाई सबै क्षेत्रबाट सहयोग हुनुपर्ने बताए ।
समारोहमा संविधानसभा सदस्य तथा नेपाली कांग्रेसका नेता सुधीरकुमार शिवाकोटी, भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाका प्रमुख गणेश पोखरेल, कचनकवल गाउँपालिकाका अध्यक्ष कालेन्द्रप्रसाद सिंह राजवंशी, नेपाल निर्माण व्यवसायी महासंघका महासचिव रोशन दाहाल, सहायक प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी तेजप्रकाश प्रसाईंलगायतले शुभकामना मन्तव्य राखेका थिए ।

समारोहमा उद्घाटन गरिएको रक्त सञ्चार प्रयोगशाला करिब ७० लाख रुपैयाँ लागतमा सञ्चालनमा ल्याइएको हो । अत्याधुनिक प्रविधि जडान गरिएको प्रयोगशालाबाट अब एक पिन्ट रगतबाट तीनजनासम्म बिरामीलाई सेवा दिने गरी रगत तयार हुने बताइएको छ ।
प्रयेगशालाका लागि भौतिक पूर्वाधार तथा यातायात मन्त्रालयअन्तर्गतको निर्माण व्यवसाय कोषबाट ६० लाख रुपैयाँ विनियोजन भएको र शाखाले १० लाख रुपैयाँ व्यवस्थापन गरेको बताइएको छ । निर्माण व्यवसाय कोषमा निर्माण व्यवसायीहरुले सामाजिक सुरक्षा कार्यक्रमअन्तर्गत केही हिस्सा रकम जम्मा गर्ने गरेका छन् । कोषले कार्यविधिअनुसार सो रकम सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्वअन्तर्गत सामाजिक क्षेत्रमा लगानी गर्ने गरेको छ ।
