सुनुवाइका क्रममा उठेका सवालमा सम्बन्धित निकायका प्रमुखहरूले प्रत्यक्ष जवाफ दिएका थिए । उनीहरूले जनगुनासो गम्भीर भएको स्वीकार गर्दै आवश्यक सुधार गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता जनाएका थिए । कार्यक्रममा नागरिक समाज, व्यवसायी, स्थानीय जनता, पत्रकार र अन्य सरोकारवालाको सहभागिता रहेको थियो ।
प्रहरी प्रशासन र सरकारका जिल्ला स्थित कार्यालयहरुबाट हुने कार्यका विषयमा सेवाग्राहीले राखेको असन्तुष्टी, ढिलासुस्ती, अनियमितता र सुझाबहरुलाई प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी गोपाल कुमार अधिकारी लगायतले जवाफ दिएका थिए ।
सार्वजनिक सुनुवाइमा झापाका मुख्यगरी सेवाग्राहीको चाप हुने १६ वटा कार्यालयका प्रमुखहरूले सहभागीका प्रश्नको जवाफ दिएका थिए । सहभागी सेवाग्राहीले मालपोत, नापी, सडक डिभिजन, प्रहरी, विद्युत प्राधिकरण, कृषि ज्ञान केन्द्रका प्रमुखहरुलाई प्रश्न गरेका थिए ।
