झापा । झापाको दमक र शिवसताक्षी नगरपालिकामा एक साताको लागि निषेधाज्ञा लागू गरिने भएको छ । झापास्थित दमक नगरपालिकामा कोराना भाइरसको जोखिम नियन्त्रणका लागि भोलि विहान ४ बजेदेखि १७ गते राति १२ बजेसम्म कडा निषेधाज्ञा लगाउने सर्वपक्षीय निर्णय भएको नगर प्रमुख रोमनाथ ओलीले जानकारी दिए ।

कडा निषेधाज्ञाको समयमा अत्यआवश्यकीय सेवा अन्तर्गत अस्पतालहरुको ओपीडी बन्द गरेर ईमरजेन्सी सेवामात्र, औषधि पसल, नगरपालिकाको दमकल सेवा र सूचना शाखामात्र सञ्चालनमा आउने छन् ।

त्यसैगरी अनावश्यक हिडडुल, सम्पूर्णं ब्यवसाय, उद्योगधन्दा एवं कारखाना, यातायात लगायत सबै प्रकारका पसलहरु एकसाताका लागि पुर्ण बन्द गरिएको नगरपालिकाले जनाएको छ । निषेधाज्ञाको बेवास्ता गर्ने जो–कोहीलाई पनि पक्राउ गरी सोझै जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय झापा पठाएर आवश्यक कारबाही गराउने सर्वपक्षीय निर्णय भएको नगर प्रमुख ओलीले बताए।

त्यस्तै झापाको शिवसताक्षी नगरपालिका पनि सोमबार रातिदेखि ‘लकडाउन’ गरिने भएको छ । आइतबार नगर प्रमुख चन्द्रकुमार शेर्माको अध्यक्षतामा बसेको सर्वदलीय तथा सीसीएमसीको पूर्ण बैठकले एक हप्ताको लागि आवातजावतमा पूर्ण रोक लगाउने गरी ‘लकडाउन’ गर्ने निर्णय भएको गरेको हो ।

साउन ११ गते सोमबार राति १२ बजेदेखि १८ गते राति १२ बजेसम्म नगर तथा वडा कार्यालयका अत्यावश्यक काम बाहेक सबै कार्य बन्द, हाइवे बाहेकका सबै सडकमा आवत जावत रोक्ने निर्णय गरिएको छ ।

पेट्रोलपम्प २४ सौं घण्टा खुला रहनेछन् । खाद्यान्न, ग्यास, तेल, फलफूल पसल, विद्यालय, दुध डेरी, सागसब्जी समेत बन्द हुने छन् । निर्माणको काम पनि रोकिएको शिवसताक्षी नगरपालिकाले जनाएको छ । सो अनुसार बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरुपनि बन्द रहनेछन् ।
