राजलवटले वि.सं. २०७६ चैतमा नेपालमा कोरोना संक्रमित देखिएदेखि नै गुर्जोका बिरुवा, धुलो, औषधि र चिया निःशुल्क वितरण गर्दै आएका छन् । यसअघि राजश्व कार्यालय लाहानको प्रमुख रहेका राजलवटले त्यहाँको सरकारी निवास परिसरमा गुर्जोका बिरुवा उत्पादन गरी देशव्यापीरुपमा वितरण शुरु गरेका थिए । हालसम्म एक लाख ६० हजारभन्दा बढी गुर्जोका बिरुवा वितरण गरिएको उनले सुनाए । त्यति नै संख्यामा गुर्जोबाट बनेको चिया र धुलो पनि निःशुल्क वितरण गरिएको छ । सार्वजनिक स्थलमा हुने कार्यक्रममा निःशुल्क गुर्जोको चिया समेत करिब दुई लाख मानिसलाई खुवाइएको राजलवट बताउँछन् । गुर्जोका परिकारले कब्जियत हटाउने, तरोताजा एवम् स्फूर्ति समेत बढाउने सेवनकर्ताको अनुभव छ । त्यस्तै महत्वको औषधि भएकाले प्रत्येक घरमा अनिवार्य रुपमा एउटा गुर्जोको बिरुवा रोपे धेरै रोगका लागि औषधिको काम गर्ने, नियमित सेवनले मानव शरीरमा रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमता बढ्ने आयुर्वेद चिकित्सक डा. शेषराज आचार्य बताउँछन् । आयुर्वेद शास्त्रको ‘यस्य देशस्य यो जन्तो ः तस्य तद् औषधं हितम्’ अर्थात् जुन स्थानमा मानिस जन्मन्छ, उसलाई औषधिको काम गर्ने वनस्पति त्यहीँ हुन्छ भन्ने सिद्धान्तका आधारमा गुर्जो जस्ता औषधीय गुणले युक्त वनस्पतिको संरक्षण गरिनुपर्ने उनले बताए ।
