साप्ताहिक समाचारदाता /भद्रपुर १९ साउन /झापाका सवै पालिकाहरूमा कोभिड -१९ विरूध्दको जेन्सिन खोप भोलिदेखि लगाइदैछ। अमेरिकी कम्पनी जोन्सन & जोन्सनले उत्पादन गरेको एक डोज मात्र लगाए हुने यो खोप ५० देखि ५४ वर्ष उमेर समूहका नागरिकलाई लगाइने भएको हो।

जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालय झापाले सवै पालिकाहरुलाई जनसंख्याको आधारमा खोप उपलब्ध गराएको जनाएको छ भने व्यवस्थित ढंगले खोप कार्यक्रम संचालन गर्न अनुरोध गरेको छ।
कोरोना खोपले विवादित बनेको झापामा जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालयले पालिकाहरुलाई पठाएको पत्रमा, ५०-५४ वर्षका आम नागरिकलाई व्यवस्थित ढंगले खोप अभियान सञ्चालन गर्न भनिए अनुसार पालिका तहमा सर्वपक्षीय, सर्वदलीय छलफल गरी खोप अभियान सञ्चालन गर्न तयारी थालिएको छ।
झापामा खोप अभियान सञ्चालन भइरहँदा अव्यवस्था भइरहेको र लगाउनु पर्ने भनी वर्गीकरण गरिएका नागरिकले खोप लगाउन नपाएको र अन्य व्यक्तिले खोप लगाए भन्ने अवस्था दोहोरिन नदिन व्यवस्थित ढंगले पूर्व योजना बनाएर मात्र खोप अभियान सञ्चालन गर्ने पूर्व तयारी भएको भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाका प्रमुख जीवनकुमार श्रेष्ठले बताउनुभएको छ।
उहाँका अनुसार, भद्रपुरमा दुई सिफ्टमा खोप दिने तयारी भएको जनाउँदै पहिलो सिफ्टमा साउन २० र २१ गते अर्थात् भोलि र पर्सी पृथ्वीनगर स्वास्थ्य चौकी भद्रपुर १, भद्रपुर-२ नं.वडा कार्यालय भवन-भद्रपुर-२, महेशपुर स्वास्थ्य चौकी-भद्रपुर-३,आधारभुत स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र – भद्रपुर-४ र चन्द्रगढी स्वास्थ्य चौकीलाई खोप केन्द्र बनाइएको छ।
त्यसैगरी, साउन २२ र २३ गते संचालन हुने दोस्रो सिफ्ट भने शहरी स्वास्थ्य क्लिनिक-भद्रपुर-५,जेष्ठ नागरिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र भवन-भद्रपुर-६,एम.सि.एच क्लिनिक(मेची प्रादेशिक अस्पताल) -भद्रपुर-८, वडा कार्यालय भवन-भद्रपुर-७ र वडा कार्यालय भवन-भद्रपुर-१० मा संचालन हुँदैछ।

उहाँले भन्नुभयो ‘-भद्रपुर नगरपालिकामा प्राप्त भएको २,५०० (दुई हजार पाँचसय) जोनसन एण्ड जोनसन खोप सवै वडामा दामासाही संख्यामा बितरण गरिएको छ।’ नगरपालिकामा नगर कार्यपालिका सदस्य, सर्वदलीय ,सुरक्षा निकाय र स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरु समेतको बैठक बसेर निर्णय गरिएको उहाँले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।
भद्रपुरमा यस अघि लगाइएको भेरोसिल खोप कार्यक्रममा विवादित बनेको भद्रपुरको ८ नं. वडामा यस पटक २ सय१० वटा खोप उपलब्ध भएको ८ नं. वडा अध्यक्ष गौरव सुव्वा ‘मनोज’ ले स्पष्ट पार्नुभएको छ।
जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालयले तोकेको मापदण्ड अनुसार ५० देखि ५४ वर्षको उमेर समुहका आम नागरिकलाई र अपाङ्गता परिचयपत्र (रातो परिचयपत्र – क) र (निलो परिचयपत्र – ख) वर्ग तथा बिदेश जान भिसा लागेकालाई लगाइने भएकोले आफूलाई पायक पर्ने स्वास्थ्य संस्था तथा खाेप केन्द्रमा उमेर समूहका नागरिकले उमेर खुल्ने आधिकारिक कागज र अन्यले आफ्नाे परिचय पत्रकाे फाेटाेकपी पेश गरी खाेप लगाई सुरक्षित रहन भद्रपुर नगरका कोभिड फोकल पर्सन मनोज भट्टराईले भद्रपुरबासीलाई अनुरोध गर्नुभएको छ ।उहाँ भन्नुहुन्छ – “खोप हो, यो कुनै अजम्बरीको बुट्टी हैंन सबैलाई एकै चोटी दिन सक्ने सामर्थ्य छैन, उमेर र लक्षित समूह अनुसार खोप दिँदै आइरहेका छौं, सबैको पालो अवश्य आउँछ खोप लगाउन योग्य ब्यक्तिले खोप अवश्य पाउनु हुनेछ।’ यसमा सबै नागरिकले साथ दिएमा मात्र सम्भव छ उहाँले भन्नुभएको छ – ‘लक्षित समूहलाई खोप लगाउन युवाहरुले सहयोग गरौ ‘ – अस्तिको जस्तो नहोस् ,५० माथिका हेरेको हेर्‍यै , युवाहरु फेसबुकमा खोप कार्ड पोस्ट गरेको गर्‍यै ।’
