भद्रपुर २८,माघ। नेपाल भारत मैत्री संघ झापाको आयोजनामा भारत, विहार राज्यको गलगलियामा एक दिने निःशुल्क आँखा शिविर सम्पन्न भएको छ। मेची आँखा अस्पताल सैनिक मोड विर्तामोडको प्राविधिक सहयोगमा गलगलियाको ठाकुरगन्ज बस स्टेण्डको सामुदायिक भवनमा आँखा शिविर सम्पन्न भएको हो।
भारत नेपाल मैत्री संघ गलगलिया शाखाको सहकार्यमा भएको आँखा शिविरमा ४५० जनाको आँखा परीक्षण गरिएको थियो। आँखा रोगीलाई निःशुल्क औषधि वितरण गरिनुका साथै आवश्यक हुनेलाई न्यून मूल्यमा रिडिङ ग्लास ‘चस्मा’ उपलब्ध गराइएको आयोजक संस्थाका अध्यक्ष प्रदीपमणि रेग्मीले जानकारी दिनुभयो।
आँखा परीक्षणका लागि पुगेका रोगी मध्ये ९० जनामा मोतियाविन्दु पाइएकोले तिनीहरूको भद्रपुर आँखा उपचार केन्द्रमा आजै निःशुल्क अपरेशन गर्ने प्रबन्ध मिलाइएको छ।
