काठमाडौं, असार ८ । सर्वोच्च अदालतले प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओलीले संसद विघटनपछि गरेको मन्त्रिपरिषद विस्तारलाई बदर गरिदिएको छ। मंगलबार प्रधानन्यायाधीश चोलेन्द्रशम्शेर जबरा र न्यायाधीश प्रकाशकुमार ढुंगानाको इजलासले मन्त्रिपरिषद् विस्तारको निर्णय तत्काल कार्यान्वयन नगर्न अन्तरिम आदेश जारी गरेको हो।
वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता दिनेश त्रिपाठीले दायर गरेका रिटमाथि सुनुवाई गर्दै सर्वोच्चले जारी गरेको आदेशसँगै प्रधानमन्त्री ओलीले नियुक्त गरेका २० जना मन्त्री स्वतः जिम्मेवारीमुक्त भएका छन्। वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता त्रिपाठीले प्रतिनिधिसभा विघटन र निर्वाचन घोषणा भएको अवस्थामा गरिएको मन्त्रिपरिषद विस्तारको निर्णयविरुद्ध रिट दायर गरेका थिए।
‘२०७८ साल जेठ २१ र २७ मा प्रधानमन्त्रीको सिफारिसमा सम्माननीय राष्ट्रपतिबाट भएको उपप्रधानमन्त्री एवं मन्त्रीहरूको सपथ र कार्यविभाजन संविधान अनुकुल भएको नभई संविधानको मूल मर्म भावना विपरीत भएकोले निवेदनको अन्तिम किनारा नलागेसम्मका लागि मन्त्रिपरिषद विस्तारको निर्णय कार्यान्वयन नगर्न’ आदेशमा उल्लेख छ।
प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओलीले जेठ ८ गते प्रतिनिधिसभा विघटनपछि माओवादी छाडेर एमाले भएका मन्त्रीहरुलाई सपथ गराएका थिए भने गत जेठ २१ गते मौजुदा मन्त्रिपरिषदमा रहेका १३ जनालाई विदा गरेर उपप्रधानमन्त्रीसहित १० मन्त्री र दुई राज्यमन्त्री नियुक्त गरेका थिए।
जनता समाजवादी पार्टी (जसपा) समेत सरकारमा सहभागी भएपछि ३ उपप्रधानमन्त्रीसहित १२ मन्त्री र २ राज्यमन्त्रीले जेठ २१ मा राष्ट्रपति विद्यादेवी भण्डारीबाट सपथ लिएका थिए। त्यस्तै गत जेठ २७ गते गृहमन्त्री खगराज अधिकारीसहित ७ मन्त्री र एक राज्यमन्त्रीले सपथ लिएका थिए।
