भद्रपुर १३,साउन / मनिषा रुपेता पाकिस्तानमा डिएसपी पदमा नियुक्त हुने पहिलो हिन्दू महिला भएकी छन्। सिन्ध लोक सेवा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण गरी तालिम लिएर उनले यो उपलब्धि हासिल गरेकी हुन्।
मनिषा सिन्ध जिल्लाको एक पिछडिएको र सानो जिल्ला जाकुबाबादमा हुर्किएकी थिइन्। उनले प्राथमिक र माध्यमिक शिक्षा त्यहीँबाट गरिन्। उनका बुबा जाकुबाबादका व्यापारी थिए तर मनिषा १३ वर्षकी हुँदा उनको निधन भयो। त्यसपछि मनिषाकी आमाले आफ्ना पाँच सन्तान एक्लै हुर्काइन्।
उनले आफ्ना बालबालिकाको राम्रो शिक्षा दीक्षाको लागि पाकिस्तानको ठूलो शहर कराँची सरिन्।
आमाको संघर्षको कारण मनिषाका तीन बहिनीहरू अहिले एमबीबीएस डाक्टर भएका छन् भने उनका कान्छो भाइ मेडिकल म्यानेजमेन्ट पढिरहेका छन्। स्वतन्त्र रूपमा डिएसपीको जिम्मेवारी सम्हाल्नुअघि मनिषाले कराँचीको सबैभन्दा अप्ठ्यारो क्षेत्र लियारीमा तालिम लिएकी थिइन्। एजेन्सीको सहयोगमा
