भद्रपुर २६,चैत / झापा, भद्रपुरको ७ नं. वडाका ६५ सन्थाल परिवारलाई झुल वितरण गरिएको छ। भद्रपुर नगरपालिका ७ नं. वडा कार्यालयको सहयोगमा सोही वडाको बोक्तोबारी चोकमा शनिबार आयोजित संक्षिप्त कार्यक्रम गरेर झुल वितरण गरिएको हो।

सन्थाल समाजका सुमन हेमरमको अध्यक्षता र वडा अध्यक्ष विनोदप्रसाद पोखरेलको प्रमुख आतिथ्यमा कार्यक्रम भएको थियो। प्रमुख अतिथि पोखरेल, वडा सदस्य पोषराज पौडेल र चन्द्रगढी खानेपानी तथा सरसफाई उपभोक्ता समितिका कोषाध्यक्ष राजन आचार्यले मन्तव्य व्यक्त गर्नुभएको कार्यक्रममा स्थानीय अगुवा कुपितनारायण राजवंशीले सहजीकरण गर्नुभएको थियो।
लामखुट्टे लगायतका किटजन्य जीवको टोकाइबाट सर्ने औलो, डेंगु, इन्सेफ्लाइटिस , हात्ती पाइले जस्ता महामारीबाट बच्न सहयोग पुगोस् भनेर झुल वितरण गरिएको वडा अध्यक्ष पोखरेलले बताउनुभयो।
यसैबीच, ७नं. वडाध्यक्ष पोखरेलको पहलमा सोही वडाको सालमारा टोल बासीलाई स्वच्छ खानेपानीका लागि पाइप बिस्तारको थालनी भएको छ। चन्द्रगढी खानेपानी तथा सरसफाइ उपभोक्ता समितिको सहयोगमा प्राप्त ३५०मिटर पाइप विस्तार गर्ने कार्यको आजै वडा अध्यक्ष पोखरेलले शुभारम्भ गर्नुभएको हो। नगर पालिका भित्र परे पनि स्वच्छ र शुद्ध खानेपानी पिउनबाट बन्चित १सय ५०जति सालमारा टोलबासीलाई खानेपानी पुर्‍याउन आजबाट नाला खन्ने कामको शुरूवात भएको वडा कार्यालयका कर्मचारी अरूण पोखरेलले जनाउनुभयो।
