त्यस्तै, तेस्रो भएका धनकुटाका किरण प्रधान र शिखर श्रेष्ठको जोडी तथा बिर्ता ब्याडमिन्टन क्लबका सञ्जय भक्तराज र विष्णु तामाङले नगद १०–१० हजार रुपैयाँ, ट्रफी र मेडल पाएको सचिव तीर्थराज ढकालले जानकारी दिए ।
यसैबीच, पुरुष खुला डबल्सतर्फ पूर्वाञ्चल एपिएफका भोजबहादुर गुरुङ र प्रनिससिंह ठकुरीको जोडी च्याम्पियन बनेको छ ।
फाइनलमा उनीहरुले संखुवासभाका सुनिल कार्की र मोरङका महेश खड्काको जोडीलाई सोझो सेटमा हराए । पहिलो सेट प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक भए पनि दोस्रो सेटमा सम्हालिन नसक्दा कार्की र खड्का उपाधिबाट चुके ।
गुरुङ र ठकुरीको जोडीले २३–२१ र २१–१८ को रिजल्ट निकाल्दै उपाधि रक्षा गरेको हो । उपाधिसँगै उनीहरुले नगद ५० हजार, ट्रफी र मेडल पाए । उपविजेता भएका कार्की र खड्काको जोडीले नगद ३० हजार ट्रफी र मेडलमा चित्त बुझायो ।
तेस्रो स्थानमा सीमित भएका मोरङका सुप्रिम पन्त र लाक्पा शेर्पाको जोडी तथा तेह्रथुमका विवेक कन्दङवा र पाँचथरका नेल्सन राईको जोडीले नगद १०–१० हजार, ट्रफी र मेडल पाएको संघका उपाध्यक्ष तथा प्रतियोगिता संयोजक दिपक घिमिरेले बताए ।
भद्रपुरको मेची रंगशालाको कभर्ड संघका अध्यक्ष ढकालको पहलमा स्तरोन्नति गरेर प्रतियोगिता गराइएको हो ।
