शुक्रबार साँझ एमाले पार्टी कार्यालय पुगेर कार्यालय सचिव शेरबहादुर तामाङलाई नेता गौतमले राजीनामापत्र बुझाउनु भएको छ ।
वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष सहित पार्टीको सम्पूर्ण जिम्मेवारीबाट उहाँ अलग्गिनु भएको छ। राजीनामापत्रमा नेता गौतमले अध्यक्ष केपी ओलीलाई नवौँ महाधिवेशनले पारित गरेका राजनीतिक कार्यदिशालाई पालना नगरेको र साझा घोषणा लागु नगरेको गुनासो गर्नुभएको छ । साथै सर्वोच्च अदालतले असंवैधानिक भनेर खारेज गरेका विषयमा समेत अध्यक्ष ओलीले आफूलाई सुधार नगरेको राजनामापत्रमा उल्लेख छ । साथै अध्यक्ष ओलीले पार्टीका बिचार सिद्धान्त र कार्यदिशा पालना नगरेको गौतमले राजीनामा पत्रमा उल्लेख गर्नुभएको छ ।पार्टीको सवै पदबाट अलग बसे पनि अन्य पार्टीमा जाने सम्भावनाका वारेमा उहाँले कुनै उल्लेख गर्नुभएको छैन। यद्यपि उहाँ माधवकुमार नेपालको एकीकृत समाजवादीमा प्रवेश गर्ने सम्भावना छ।
