भद्रपुर २९ , कार्तिक / मेची आँखा अस्पताल बिर्तामोडको २९औँ स्थापना दिवस (वार्षिकोत्सव) भव्य रुपमा सम्पन्न भएको छ। बिर्तामोड नगरपालिकाकी प्रमुख पवित्रा महताराको प्रमुख अतिथ्यमा शनिबार भएको कार्यक्रमको अध्यक्षता अस्पतालका अध्यक्ष जलकुमार गुरुङले गर्नुभएको थियो भने महासचिव सुरज खत्रीले कार्यक्रम संचालन गर्नुभएको थियो।
उपाध्यक्ष सुरेशकुमार बंशलले स्वागत मन्तव्य राखेको सो कार्यक्रममा अस्पतालका मेडिकल डाइरेक्टर डा. पुरुषोत्तम जोशीले संस्थाको वार्षिक प्रगति, सेवा विस्तार तथा आगामी योजनाबारे विस्तृत जानकारी प्रस्तुत गर्दै विगत एक वर्षमा अस्पतालबाट २ लाख ७६ हजार ३०२ जनाले सेवा लिएको र ३६ हजार २४ जनाको आँखा अपरेसन गरिएको जानकारी दिनुभयो।
कार्यक्रममा संस्थापक सदस्य चण्डी पराजुलीलाई विशेष सम्मान गरिएको थियो। सो सम्मान पराजुलीकी पत्नी यसोदा पराजुलीले ग्रहण गर्नुभएको थियो। सोही अवसरमा उत्कृष्ट कार्यसम्पादन गर्ने चिकित्सक- कर्मचारीहरु डा. अशेष कोइराला, निरज दाहाल,सरिता संग्रौला ,मालती तामाङ, अस्पताल अन्तर्गतको दमक आँखा उपचार केन्द्रका सन्तोष पौडेल , प्रशासनका डिल्ली सिटौला ,आईटी तर्फका नन्दु ताजपुरिया, सुरक्षाकर्मी धनबहादुर बस्नेत र सरसफाइकर्मी रमिता ढुङ्गानालाइ सम्मान गरिएको थियो।
