मनाङ-मुस्ताङ जिल्ला चाहिं यति संवेदनशील छ कि, चाइना-भारत र चाइना-अमेरिकाको झगडा गराउन र गर्न उपयुक्त स्थान हो । त्यसैले महाराजा र श्री ५ हरुले त्यस इलाका विशेष गरी मुस्ताङ इलाका संवेदनशील मानेर विदेशीहरुलाई प्रवेशमा नै बन्देज लगाएका थिए ।
