अमेरिकी स्पेशल अप्रेशन कमाण्ड सेनाले हरेक संयुक्त अभ्यास मुस्ताङ र मनाङमा मात्र किन गर्छ ? यो प्रश्न गम्भीर रूपमा उठ्नु पर्ने हाे । अमेरिकी सेनाकाे स्पेशल अप्रेशन कमाण्ड (Special Operations Command Pacific) ले हाल चलखेल गर्न मन पराउने याे इलाका युरोनियमको खानी र पोखराबाट तिब्बत छिर्न छोटो बाटो पनि हुनाले संवेदनशील र महत्वपूर्ण पनि मानिएकाे छ।
लोमाङथान इलाका पछि मात्र नेपाल भएको हो । त्यहाँका राजालगायत जनता आफूलाई तिब्बती मूल कै भन्न रुचाउछन्। तसर्थ भारत, पश्चिमा र अमेरिकी भड्काउमा ती नेपाली लाग्न पनि सक्छन् । माथिल्लो मुस्ताङका जनता उचाल्न पश्चिमालाई सजिलो छ।
श्री ५ हरुले त्यही कारणले नेपाली सेनाको मानार्थ लेफ्टिनेन्ट कर्नेल र “मुस्ताङे राजा”को पद दिएर फकाएर राखेका थिए महाराजा महेन्द्र र वीरेन्द्रले ।मुस्ताङे राजा राजा जिग्मे पर्बललाई मानार्थ नेपाली सेनाको लेफ्टिनेन्ट कर्नेल र राजा दिएर फकाएका थिए । अहिले नेपाल सरकारले होइन लोमाङथानवासी नेपालीलाई विदेशीले अनेक प्रलाेभन दिएर फकाउँदैछन्।
मनाङ-मुस्ताङ जिल्ला चाहिं यति संवेदनशील छ कि, चाइना-भारत र चाइना-अमेरिकाको झगडा गराउन र गर्न उपयुक्त स्थान हो । त्यसैले महाराजा र श्री ५ हरुले त्यस इलाका विशेष गरी मुस्ताङ इलाका संवेदनशील मानेर विदेशीहरुलाई प्रवेशमा नै बन्देज लगाएका थिए ।
अहिले आएर भारतीय भन्दा पनि अमेरिकी त्यसमा पनि स्पेशल अप्रेशन कमाण्ड सेनालाई मुस्ताङ, मनाङ, पोखराको एअरपोर्ट ,मुस्ताङको एअरपोर्ट सकेमा अप्रत्यक्ष रूपमा भएपनि आफ्नाे नियन्त्रणमा लिनु परेको छ।
वास्तवमा नेपाली सेनाले किन बुझ पचाएको होला ? किन अमेरिकी स्पेशल अप्रेशन कमाण्ड सेना पटक पटक लगेर परेड खेलाएको होला मनाङ-मुस्ताङमा ? के हामीले यस विषयमा गम्भीर बन्नु पर्दैन ?
यसले हाम्राे असंलग्न परराष्ट्र नीतिमा प्रश्न उठाउँदैन ? विश्वकाे कुन मुलुक हाेला अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सीमाना क्षेत्रमा तेस्राे मुलुकका आर्मीकाे त्याे पनि ”स्पेशल अप्रेशन कमाण्ड सेना”ले विशेष कार्यक्रम भनेर चलखेल गर्ने ?
