भद्रपुर गलगलिया नाकाबाट सवारी आवागमन शुरू

साप्ताहिक समाचारदाता /भद्रपुर १२ कात्तिक/ भद्रपुर – गलगलिया सीमा नाकाबाट सवारी आवागमन शुरू भएको छ। झण्डै २० महिनाअघि कोरोना संक्रमण शुरू भएसंगै बन्द रहेको नाकाबाट आज शुक्रबारदेखि सवारी आवागमन सुचारु भएको हो। सो नाका भएर हिजोदेखि मात्र मानिसलाई आवतजावत गर्न दिइएको थियो। । भारतीय पक्षले डबल डोज खोप कार्ड वा ७२ घण्टे पिसिआर वा एन्टिजेन र राष्ट्रियता खुल्ने परिचयपत्र भएका मानिसलाई आवत जावतमा खुला गरे पनि सवारीसाधनमा रोक कायमै राखेको थियो ।
नेपाल सरकारले एक महिना अघिनै नाका खुला गरे पनि भारतीय सरकारले नमान्दा औपचारिक आवागमन निषेध थियो। कोरोना संक्रमणको प्रभाव घट्दै गएको र झापाका विभिन्न संघ संस्थाका प्रतिनिधिहरूले नाका खुला गर्न दवाव दिएपछि मानव आवागमनलाई सहज बनाइए पनि यातायात नखुले पछि आज प्रदेश सांसद ओमप्रकाश सरावगी नेतृत्वको टोलीले भारतीय पक्षका अधिकारीसँगको वार्ता गरे पछि सवारीसाधन सुचारुको अनुमति दिएको टोलीमा संलग्न नेपाल भारत मैत्री संघका झापा अध्यक्ष प्रदीपमणि रेग्मीले जानकारी दिनुभयो।
भद्रपुर सीमा नाकामा मानव आवागमन खुल्ने तर सवारीसाधन आवागमन रोके पछि नेपाली टोलीले भारतीय अधिकारीलाई भेटेको हो।
भारत गलगलिया सीमा नाका भातगाँवका पूर्व मुखिया गणेश रायको सहजिकरणमा गलगलिया भातगाँवका एस एस वी कमान्डर सत्यनारायण र सोही ठाउँका कस्टम सुपरिटेन्डेन्ट सुरेश कुमारसँगको वार्ता पछि सवारी सुचारु गरिने सहमति भएको टोलीमा सहभागी रेग्मीले जानकारी दिनुभयो।’ सवारी साधन आवत जावत सहज भएको छ, गाडी लिएर परीक्षणका रूपमा सीमा पार गरेर हामी फर्क्यौं’ – उहाँले भन्नुभयो।

तत्कालीन प्रधानमन्त्री के पी शर्मा ओलीले समुद्घाटन गरेको मेची पुल पारी पट्टि रहेको नेपाली भुमिमा बाटो नबन्दा त्यसवेला साधन आवतजावत खुला भए पनि सहज आवत जावत नभई कोरोनाका कारण बन्द भएको थियो। अहिले भने पुल पारिको नेपाली भूमिमा पनि नेपाली पक्षको आग्रहमा भारतीय ठेकेदारबाट कल्भर्ट सहितको कालो पत्रे सडक निर्माण भइसकेको छ।
