कोशी प्रदेशमै ‘पहिलो’ अत्याधुनिक ल्याब स्थापना भएको बताउनुहुँदै उहाँले भौतिक पूर्वाधार तथा यातायात मन्त्रालय अन्तर्गत निर्माण व्यवसायी महासंघको रू ६० लाख र रेडक्रस झापाको रू १५ लाख गरी रू ७५ लाखको लागतमा ल्याब स्थापना गरिएको जानकारी दिनुभयो। अत्याधुनिक ल्याव सेवाको भौतिक पूर्वाधार तथा यातायात मन्त्री देवेन्द्र दाहालले आज उद्घाटन गर्नु भयो।
   भद्रपुरमा २०३९ सालमा शुरु भएको आकस्मिक रक्तसञ्चार सेवा केन्द्र हाल आधुनिक ल्याबसहितको रक्त सञ्चार सेवामा परिणत भएको छ । झापामा ६ वटा रक्तसञ्चार सेवा मार्फत रगत व्यवस्थापन गर्दै आएको छ ।
