नेपालमै क्यान्सर रोगको औषधी उत्पादन शुरु भएको छ । आइतबार राजधानीमा एक कार्यक्रमको आयोजना गरी टिजिगले उत्पादन गरेको ‘एन्टी क्यान्सर’ सम्बन्धी औषधिहरूको अनावरण गरेको हो । टिजिगका कार्यकारी निर्देशक शैलेश बैद्यले क्यान्सर रोगविरुद्धको औषधि उत्पादन गर्ने टिजिग फर्मा प्राइभेट लिमिटेड नेपालकै पहिलो भएको बताउनुभयो । उहाँले एक महिनाभित्र केही औषधि व्यवसायिक रुपमा बजारमा पुग्ने समेत जानकारी दिनुभयो ।उहाँले अत्याधुनिक प्रविधिमा बनाइएको फेक्ट्री डव्लुएचओको जीएमपी स्टान्डर्ड र औषधि उत्पादन संहिता २०७३ अनुरुप बनाइएको तथा नेपालकै नमूना फेक्ट्री भएको समेत दावी गर्नुभयो । टिजिगले अहिले औषधि व्यवस्था विभागबाट १५ वटा मोलिक्युलका लागि स्वीकृति पाइसकेको छ भने त्यसमध्ये पाँचवटा फर्माकोपेल, अरु नन् फर्माकोपेल छन् । एन्टीक्यान्सर औषधिको मूल्य विदेशबाट आउने औषधिको तुलनामा सस्तो हुने उहाँको दावी थियो ।
