‘बाढी पसेर सबस्टेशन डुबानमा परेपछि त्यहाँबाट विद्युत् आपूर्ति गर्ने लाइन काटिएको छ, यसबाट प्रदेश नं १ का जिल्ला ब्ल्याक आउट भएको छ’, उहाँले भन्नुभयो, ‘सबस्टेशनको नियन्त्रण कक्ष डुबानमा परेको छ, अहिलेसम्म मुख्य उपकरणमा क्षति नपुगेको जानकारी पाएका छौँ, पानी नरोकिएमा उपकरणहरूमा ठूलो क्षति पुग्ने देखिएको छ, यस्तो भएमा त्यस क्षेत्रमा विद्युत् आपूर्ति केही दिन बन्द हुन सक्छ, अहिले सबस्टेशनभित्रको पानी हटाएर उपभोक्तालाई जतिसक्दो छिट्टो विद्युत् आपूर्ति उपलब्ध गराउन हाम्रो टिम प्रयासरत छ ।’
