भद्रपुर जेसीजको सप्ताह कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत त्यहाँको सन्थाल बस्तीलाई जेसीज भिलेजका रूपमा नमूना गाउँ बनाउन आज उद्घाटन गरिएको हो।
भद्रपुर जेसीजका अध्यक्ष जेसी खिलनाथ पाण्डे ‘निकास’को अध्यक्षता तथा भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाका नगर प्रमुख जीवनकुमार श्रेष्ठको प्रमुख आतिथ्यमा भएको कार्यक्रममा ढेना बस्तीलाई अपनत्व ग्रहण गर्ने कार्य सम्पन्न भएको हो।
भद्रपुर १० मा रहेको आदिवासी समुदायको बसोवास रहेको ढेना बस्तीमा२७ घर र २०७ परिवार रहेका छन्। सो बस्तीका ३६ जना बालबालिकाहरू अहिले स्थानीय विद्यालयमा अध्ययनरत छन्।
बस्तीलाई जेसीज भिलेज (गाउँ) रुपमा अपनत्व ग्रहण गर्दै यहाँको जीवनस्तर उकास्न विभिन्न किसिमका कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्ने, त्यहाँ रहेका सम्पूर्ण बालबालिकाहरुलाई नियमित विद्यालय जाने वातावरणको निर्माण गर्ने, महिलाहरुलाई लघु उद्यम व्यवसायहरुमा सहभागी गराई आत्म निर्भर बनाउने र उनीहरूलाई आत्मनिर्भर बनाउने जस्ता पवित्र उद्देश्यका साथ बस्तीलाई भद्रपुर जेसीजले जेसीज भिलेजको रुपमा अँगालेको भद्रपुर जेसीजका अध्यक्ष निकास पाण्डेले बताउनुभयो ।उहाँले भन्नुभयो – ‘यो हाम्रो ड्रिम प्रोजेक्ट हो, यसलाई सन्थाल समुदायको संस्कार संस्कृति झल्कने गरी विकास गरेर’ घले गाउँ ‘जसरी स्थापित गर्दै पर्यटक आकर्षणको केन्द्र बनाउने लक्ष्य छ।’
जेसीज भिलेज (गाउँ )-को अपनत्व ग्रहणसंगै शनिबार आज प्रथम चरणमा त्यहाँ रहेका ३६ जना बालबालिकाहरुलाई शैक्षिक सामग्रीहरू, हाउस ड्रेस(ट्राउजर) र स्कूल ब्याग प्रदान गरिएको छ । दश बर्षे महत्त्वाकाङ्क्षी यस योजनामा शैक्षिक सुधारका साथै स्वास्थ्य र सरसफाइका कार्यक्रमहरु निरन्तर सञ्चालन गरिने बताइएको छ। सो कार्यलाई भद्रपुर नगरपालिकाको पनि सहयोग रहने नगर प्रमुख श्रेष्ठले बताउनुभयो।
