क्लवका अध्यक्ष कुलबहादुर न्यौपानेको अध्यक्षता तथा वडा अध्यक्ष विष्णु प्रसाद ओलीकाे प्रमुख आतिथ्यमा भएको कार्यक्रममा रेडक्रस उपशाखाका जलथलका प्रतिनिधितथा स्थानीय सामाजिक संघ संस्था सम्बद्ध व्यक्तित्वहरुको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो।
हल्दिबारी वडा नं-३ वडा कार्यालयसँगको समन्वय ,क्रियाशिल संघ संस्थाको सहयोग तथा नेपाल रेड्क्रस सोसाइटी जिल्ला शाखा झापाको प्राविधिक सहयोगमा आयोजित कार्यक्रममा ३ महिला सहित ३२ जना पुरुष गरेर ३५ जनाले रक्तदान गरेको क्लवका अध्यक्ष कुलबहादुर न्यौपानेले जानकारी दिनु भएको छ ।
क्लवले स्थानीय स्तरमा रक्तदान गर्ने र रक्तदाताहरुमा सचेतना फैलाउने हेतुले आयोजना गरिएको थियो।कार्यक्रमको औपचारिक संचालन एवम सहजीकरण क्लवका सचिव अभिषेक खतिवडाले गर्नु भएको थियो ।
