तत्कालीन मेची अञ्चल अस्पतालमा २०६८ साल असोज १ गतेबाट रेडियोलोजिष्टको जिम्मेवारी सम्हाल्दै आउनु भएका उहाँ डा. खड्काको गत वैशाखमा एघारौँ तहमा बढुवा भएपछि निमित्त मेसु.का रूपमा कार्यरत हुनुहुन्थ्यो।
२०६८ सालमा मेची अञ्चल अस्पताल विकास समितिबाट मेडिकल अफिसरका रुपमा अस्पतालमा नियुक्त हुनु भएका उहाँ २०७३ सालदेखि वरिष्ठ कन्सल्टेन्ट रेडियोलोजिष्टको नवौं तहमा स्थायी हुनु भएको थियो भने
२०७५ साल असोज १२ गतेदेखि वरिष्ठ कन्सल्टेन्ट रेडियोलोजिष्टको दशौं तहमा बढुवा हुनु भएको हो।
भारतको मणिपाल मेडिकल कलेजबाट सन् २०११ मा रेडियोलोजिष्टमा एमडी गर्नु भएका उहाँले प्रादेशिक अस्पताल भद्रपुरमा काम गर्नु पूर्व मेडिकेयर अस्पताल र एनएमसी मेडिकल कलेजमा समेत काम गरिसक्नु भएको छ।
