कोरोना पोजेटिभ भएकाले पनि गुर्जोका परिकार सेवन गर्न थालेपछि रिपोर्ट नेगेटिभ आएको अनुभव सुनाएका छन् । ललितपुर महानगरपालिका–८ बालकुमारीका जनकमान जोशीलाई चार महिनाअघि कोरोना पोजेटिभ देखियो । युट्युव, पत्रपत्रिका लगायत सामाजिक सञ्जालमा समेत गुर्जोको चर्चा सुनेपछि धुलो र चिया नियमित सेवन गरेको १४ दिनपछि ठीक भएको उनले जानकारी दिए । आन्तरिक राजश्व कार्यालय धुलिखेलका कार्यालय प्रमुख कमलबहादुर राजलवटलाई सम्पर्क गरेर उनले गुर्जोको धुलो र चिया माग गरेका थिए । रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमता बढाउने वनस्पतिका रुपमा परिचित गुर्जोका परिकारले कोरोनाका साथै अन्य स्वास्थ्य समस्या समाधानका लागि सहयोग गरेको जोशीको अनुभव छ । त्यस्तै सिराहा लाहानका बेचुलाल श्रेष्ठको परिवारमा छोरा, बुहारी र नातिलाई कोरोना पोजेटिभ देखियो । परिवारका तीन जनामा कोरोना देखिएपछि डराएका श्रेष्ठले गुर्जोले कोरोनाबाट बचाउन सहयोग गर्छ भन्ने सुनेका थिए ।
उनले पनि राजलवटसँग सम्पर्क गरेर गुर्जोका परिकार लिए । कोरोना हुने र नहुने परिवारका सदस्यले नियमित सेवन गरेपछि ठीक भएको उनले सुनाए । परिवारमा संक्रमण भेटिएपछि सबै जना एकान्तवासमा बसेर नियमित गुर्जोका परिकार सेवन गरेर स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षाका मापदण्ड अपनाएको श्रेष्ठले बताए । काठमाडौं निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नं. १ (क) बाट निर्वाचित वाग्मती प्रदेश सभा सदस्य दीपेन्द्र श्रेष्ठले भने गुर्जोसँगै तातो पानी पिउने, वाफ लिने र पौष्टिक आहार सेवन गर्न थालेपछि कोरोना भगाउन सफल भएको बताए । कोरोनाले स्वास्थ्यमा अप्ठ्यारो भने पारेको उनको अनुभव छ । चर्चित कलाकार मदनकृष्ण श्रेष्ठको परिवारका पाँचै जना सदस्यलाई कोरोना पोजेटिभ देखियो । यो खबर सुनेपछि गुर्जाे चिया र गुर्जोसहितको धुलो औषधि ललितपुरको सुनाकोठीस्थित घरमै पुगेर दिइएको अभियानकर्मी राजलवटले सुनाए । कलाकार श्रेष्ठलाई अक्सिजन बढाउन तथा फोक्सोलाई बलियो बनाउन सहयोग हुने प्राणायम पनि गराइएको योग शिक्षक समेत रहरेका उनले बताए । श्रेष्ठसँगै उनका सबै परिवारलाई गुर्जोको औषधिसँगै प्राणायामको विशेष प्रकार पनि सिकाइएको थियो ।
राजलवटले वि.सं. २०७६ चैतमा नेपालमा कोरोना संक्रमित देखिएदेखि नै गुर्जोका बिरुवा, धुलो, औषधि र चिया निःशुल्क वितरण गर्दै आएका छन् । यसअघि राजश्व कार्यालय लाहानको प्रमुख रहेका राजलवटले त्यहाँको सरकारी निवास परिसरमा गुर्जोका बिरुवा उत्पादन गरी देशव्यापीरुपमा वितरण शुरु गरेका थिए । हालसम्म एक लाख ६० हजारभन्दा बढी गुर्जोका बिरुवा वितरण गरिएको उनले सुनाए । त्यति नै संख्यामा गुर्जोबाट बनेको चिया र धुलो पनि निःशुल्क वितरण गरिएको छ । सार्वजनिक स्थलमा हुने कार्यक्रममा निःशुल्क गुर्जोको चिया समेत करिब दुई लाख मानिसलाई खुवाइएको राजलवट बताउँछन् । गुर्जोका परिकारले कब्जियत हटाउने, तरोताजा एवम् स्फूर्ति समेत बढाउने सेवनकर्ताको अनुभव छ । त्यस्तै महत्वको औषधि भएकाले प्रत्येक घरमा अनिवार्य रुपमा एउटा गुर्जोको बिरुवा रोपे धेरै रोगका लागि औषधिको काम गर्ने, नियमित सेवनले मानव शरीरमा रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमता बढ्ने आयुर्वेद चिकित्सक डा. शेषराज आचार्य बताउँछन् । आयुर्वेद शास्त्रको ‘यस्य देशस्य यो जन्तो ः तस्य तद् औषधं हितम्’ अर्थात् जुन स्थानमा मानिस जन्मन्छ, उसलाई औषधिको काम गर्ने वनस्पति त्यहीँ हुन्छ भन्ने सिद्धान्तका आधारमा गुर्जो जस्ता औषधीय गुणले युक्त वनस्पतिको संरक्षण गरिनुपर्ने उनले बताए ।
हिमालयका काखमा रहेको नेपाली वनपाखामा धेरै किसिमका औषधीय गुणले युक्त जडिबुटी एवम् वनस्पति भए पनि तिनको सदुपयोग हुन सकेको छैन । कतिपय जडिबुटी, वनस्पति चोरी निकासी भई त्यसमा रासायनिक पदार्थ मिलाएर बनाइएको आधुनिक औषधि नेपालमा भित्रने गरेको अभियानकर्मीको गुनासो छ । आयुर्वेद अस्पताल र औषधालयलाई प्रवद्र्धन गर्न खोज अनुसन्धानमा जोड दिनुपर्ने चिकित्सक आचार्यको भनाइ छ । आयुर्वेद औषधि उत्पादन गर्ने सिंहदरबार वैद्य खाना विकास समिति समेत निरन्तर ओरालो लागकाले सराकोर भएका निकायको ध्यान जानुपर्ने अभियानकर्मीको भनाइ छ । राष्ट्रिय आयुर्वेद अनुसन्धान तथा तालिम केन्द्रमा हाल ६५ जना कोरोना संक्रमित राखी आयुर्वेद औषधि दिइएको छ । यसअघि पनि सयौं कोरोनाका बिरामी केन्द्रमा राखेर आयुर्वेद औषधि नै दिएर उपचार गरेर पठाइएको थियो ।
अस्पताल, तालिम र अनुसन्धान केन्द्र भएकाले दिइएका औषधिका विषयमा अनुसन्धान समेत भइरहेको केन्द्रका कार्यकारी निर्देशक डा. रामआधार यादवले सुनाए । केन्द्रमा आउने कोरोना बिरामीलाई गुर्जो, सुठो, मरिच, पिप्ला, अभ्रकभष्म लगायत आयुर्वेदिक वनस्पतिको ट्याबलेट बनाएर नियमित खुवाउने गरिएको छ । केहीलाई भने अक्सिजन दिनुपर्छ । हालसम्म केन्द्रमा भर्ना भएका कोरोनाका बिरामीको निधन नभएको कार्यकारी निर्देशक डा. यादवले जानकारी दिए । रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमता बढाउने आयुर्वेदिक औषधिको माग बजारमा बढ्न थालेको छ । सिंहदरबार वैद्यखाना विकास समितिका निमित्त कार्यकारी निर्देशक डा. सबरी साह गुर्जो चिया, तुलसी चिया, सिलाजित, च्यवनप्राश, अश्वगन्ध तेल, र अविपत्तिकर चूर्ण लगायतको माग बढिरहेको बताउँछन् ।
